16/11/2025: Since we drive over 100 km to this restaurant, we unfortunately can't be there very often. Today was finally the day again. Our journey was rewarded with a wonderful meal and exceptionally good service. In short, one of the best restaurants I know, and I know a lot.

09/11/2025: ⚠️ Disappointing Discovery Box Purchased a discovery box for my parents I'm quoting it exactly as it appears on the restaurant's website: Discovery Box Shipped by mail or picked up at the restaurant Seasonal tasting menu / wine pairing for 2 people 1 bottle of rum + a small extra treat Box price: €140 I ordered the box in mid-December 2024 (mail delivery) and received it in mid-February 2025 after several exchanges with the restaurant owner. Apparently, the box was lost. My parents went to the inn today with this famous gift box. They weren't offered the "pleasure menu," only the regular menu... the same for drinks (even though the box clearly stated "food and wine pairing"). The total bill was €76 in addition to the gift box price (€100 was deducted from their receipt). Before giving a gift box for Christmas or any other occasion, I advise you to think carefully or include a small extra amount in the gift box to make it a truly thoughtful present.
