05/12/2024: We spent a wonderful evening in this restaurant where every detail was thought of with care. The chef's cuisine is a true ode to flavors, skillfully combining ingredients to offer combinations that are both surprising and harmonious. Each dish reveals meticulous work and intelligent thinking that highlights products of excellent quality We particularly appreciated that the chef took the time to present each dish at the table. His precise analysis and his passion for his art shine through in his explanations. He masters his products perfectly, knowing them down to the smallest detail, from their origins to their transformation. The service was just as pleasant with attentive servers.
