06/11/2024: An unforgettable experience! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Lucas, a very friendly waiter who was always in a good mood. His kindness and professionalism made our evening most enjoyable. A big thank you also to the boss Thierry, who shows a remarkable sense of welcome and who ensures that each customer feels at home.
As for Anthony's cooking... A pure delight! Each dish was a discovery, with refined flavors and quality products, crafted with talent and passion. A real treat for the taste buds!
I recommend Le Concept with my eyes closed to anyone looking for a moment of sharing, conviviality and good food! Well done and thank you to all 3 of you for your welcome, take care of yourselves! Yann and Christopher the southerners!

04/10/2025: We loved this restaurant, tried it 4 times during a training course in Bailleul, the dishes were delicious (daily specials and à la carte), the setting very pleasant and the welcome and service warm. A loggia allows you to enjoy the sun facing the square. We highly recommend this establishment.

31/07/2024: J'ai manger au Dikke Buuk et j'ai passer un super moment c'était très bon j'ai pris un burger au poulet la sauce curry et pas trop forte je recommande fort mon frère a pris un poulet maroilles et c'était bon beau ma mère a pris un poisson c'était très beau et très bon puis après j'ai pris en dessert un tiramisu au speculoos franchement très bon on sent bien le goût de speculoos le meilleur tiramisu de bailleul je recommande félicitations au cuisiner au serveur serveuse qui sont très aimable tres bonne ambiance
24/07/2024: Soirée super, repas et bière au top, avec un personnel très agréable, salle grande mais pas trop.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

02/09/2024: Superbe endroit atypique, qui m a fait pensé aux ducasses de mon enfance, très chaleureux.
Le jardin est superbe, on y mange à l ombre …
Superbe cadre, très bons plats, et surtout un personnel hyper chaleureux ; avec en prime un petit cadeau pour mon anniv!!
Un grand merci pour ce moment passé chez vous, nous reviendrons les yeux fermés!
25/08/2024: Bonne surprise pour un restaurant atypique par son décor. J'ai apprécié. Grande affluence, réservation plus que conseillée. Les mets sont copieux et les produits sont frais (moules). Les vins sont chers je pense. Contrairement aux autres tables, nous n'avons pas eu d'amuse-bouches pour notre apéritif, mes moules au maroilles sont devenues moules à la crème (trop de jus de cuisson, j'allais à la pêche, les puristes préfèrent sans jus, mais avec ce qu'il faut comme sauce bien chaude). J''attendais la dame blanche avec un pot de chocolat chaud à part (le chocolat était déjà avec la glace, donc glacé) .... A part ça, nous avons passé un moment agréable au Caroussel.
