07/09/2026: Delicious food, large portions, and extremely friendly service. We were there on Sunday evening, just the two of us with our dog, right at 7 pm without a reservation. For a later time, I would definitely recommend making a reservation – all the tables were occupied.

30/08/2026: We went to Béa's, and we felt right at home. The owner came to greet us, and I enjoyed the mussels in Maroilles cream sauce—delicious! There were seven of us. Everyone was very satisfied. I highly recommend it. 👍👍👍❤️

23/08/2026: Decent people for the welcome, home-style cooking. The restaurant has changed hands; it's not the same anymore, it's like night and day. No more jokes with the customers, no more warm atmosphere. It's still fine for a date, a business lunch, or for well-to-do people.

21/08/2026: Excellent restaurant 👍. The meals are delicious, hearty, and generous. The service is quick. The chef is friendly. The dining room and terrace are rather small, so I recommend booking in advance. A great experience. I recommend "Le Bouchon".

21/08/2026: We came for lunch today to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we received a very warm welcome with generous portions served on a lovely terrace. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

16/08/2026: We had dinner at Au Tropical for my birthday. We were disappointed with our experience. The service was very slow, 40 minutes for a carafe of water requested three times. Our main courses arrived after an hour and 40 minutes, and dessert wasn't offered after a 20-minute wait. The portions of fries were really small, the andouillette sausage was served without the sauce that was supposed to be mustard, and the salad wasn't fresh and poorly dressed. We noticed that customers known to the staff were served before others, which was a shame. The setting is still pleasant, but a few cobwebs near the tables bothered us a bit. The staff were friendly nonetheless, but smoking in front of other customers while we were waiting for dessert wasn't very professional, so we left. €70 for two people without dessert, with an aperitif that was quite expensive compared to what was offered. There are cheaper and better options elsewhere in Cambrai. We even got sick after the meal (andouillette sausage). I'm giving it two stars because there are some positive aspects and there's always room for improvement, as it has good potential. The staff is friendly and the charcuterie board is generous. But there are clearly things to improve, especially since the change of ownership.

14/05/2026: A very pleasant evening meal here, part of the hotel where I was staying. The cocktail I had was delicious! Followed by linguine. Vegetarian options limited, but fish and meat options are good. My partner had the steak and raved about it! The desserts were excellent

09/04/2026: My first time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with excellent soundproofing. The daily special included an amuse-bouche, a main course (fish or meat), and a gourmet coffee (or tea), all at a good price and served quickly. I recommend it.

09/03/2026: Thank you for your warm welcome! Everything was perfect. We had a short but incredibly pleasant stay! The hotel is charming and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent (fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs with bacon made to order, superb bread and pastries, etc.) with a lovely view of the garden. We will be back! P. & B. L. Eymery
