04/04/2024: Excellent good personal address at the top

01/04/2024: Addition to the Easter meal difficult to digest. 186€ for 3 adults and 1 child. The 2 menus were not worth the price (44€ for adults). Starter: large quinoa ball with parsnip puree or 3 small pieces of smoked salmon. Dish: fish with carrot puree and mange tout beans or lamb ravioli with sweet potatoes and beans. Unique dessert based mainly on butter cream and a few pieces of strawberries (very cloying - no one at our table liked it) Only one red wine possible by the glass. 3 appetizers served for 4 people. Very disappointed with the meal. On the other hand, clean place, very warm welcome.

20/03/2024: The only terrace open in Flers on a sunny day in March is a plus!! Two adults, shallot flank steak, caramel shortbread and profiteroles. Very good meat, homemade mayonnaise sauce. The desserts were very good and plentiful. Very good service also fast, a little wait for dessert but the server apologized and there was nothing unusual either. The only downside is the absence of homemade fries for barely cooked frozen ones... really a shame. For the rest it was perfect.

22/03/2024: It's always a pleasure to go back, the waitress who takes orders is a sweetheart, she's been there for several years. A real ray of sunshine.

14/03/2024: I understand why it had been 10 years since I had set foot in this restaurant. I went back to see if it had changed in terms of cuisine unfortunately no starter buffet no choice dessert buffet no same choice for the meat burger menu starter no choice and let's not talk about the pepper sauce which always tastes watery even no time to finish our plate the waitress arrives to clear it really still just as disappointed this time it's clear I'm going back more than once All

11/05/2024: One word, perfect. Very nice view of the lake from the room. Room which was also perfect. The staff is very pleasant and responsive when needed. The services offered also meet our expectations. I would return without any hesitation. The only negative point is the wifi which is, it must be said, quite catastrophic. But not having needed it, it did not have a significant impact on my stay.

29/12/2023: The Monkfish or the piece of beef are there. Well presented and cooked, these two dishes are served with courtesy. The place which is isolated is worth the detour. Good choice for those who want to have good value for money without false air of gastronomy and with an impeccable welcome. In terms of atmosphere with very tasteful decoration, a slightly more intimate spirit would be the icing on the cake. In summary, without hesitation to visit...

20/03/2024: crumpettes NORMANDY 2951 Notice pending big disappointment, probably a bad day A bad surprise, the stuffed morel as a starter was bland and very spongy, my husband enjoyed the skrei but it was really very strong. The choices of deer or squab meats are divisive, so I took the squid and cockles... but no more cockles! I don't know if that's what unbalanced the dish, but the white pudding stuffing of the squid was just weird, the black buckwheat sauce couldn't save the whole thing. My husband's fish of the day was very good (Barbue) but no particular innovation. Why such typical choices on a limited menu (89 euros)? Pleasant desserts improved the overall impression a little. To note positively -an absolutely delicious homemade mushroom bread served with a butter also flavored with mushrooms which saved my meal. A fireplace atmosphere in the living room before the very pleasant meal, but a somewhat gloomy room, almost empty despite the proximity of a family with baby and stroller. Perfect service and staff, a tb mention to the sommelier and his suggestions Not my best experience in a star hotel

02/04/2024: What a delightful discovery. Lunch visit with our daughter who needs to be a little cautious due to a dairy allergy.Good choice of Plats du Jour or A La Carte. Questions about whether dishes contained any dairy were willingly answered. My wife and I opted for the Red Mullet dish of the Day, Our daughter chose the Duck and Ratatouille, we shared a small carafe of house white, all very well presented and delicious. Dessert of red fruit was a little disappointing. All followed by coffees. Excellent value for money, about £16 each, and delightful staff. We will return.

30/03/2024: If there were 6 stars, I would give 6…. Very warm welcome, the food is very good, the place is really pleasant. We have a great time there. The chef is very nice. I only have one sentence: book without a doubt. Thanks to the team for the welcome.

09/10/2023: We spent a superb evening in this restaurant that we discovered (and on a Monday evening!) for my partner's birthday. The meal was perfect from starter to dessert, we enjoyed ourselves!! A special mention for the exquisite lemon sauce that accompanied the dish! Impeccable service and good humor. The good atmosphere was also there with jazzy musical background and the sympathy of the chef and his wife. We will be happy to come back soon!!

For me it's perfect, no false notes. I would like to double emphasize the staff: pleasant, helpful, present for both the hotel and catering sectors. the problems, the defects.... there are none!
