Bistrot des ecuries
Boissy-Maugis
04/09/2026: Excellent restaurant! We loved it!
29/08/2026: A beautiful bistro, full of flavor, nestled amidst the fields. The dining room perfectly blends the atmosphere of a bistro with that of a farmhouse,
with great charm.
On the plate, a generous parmigiana, gnocchi with smoked bacon, and pork tenderloin piccata: fragrant dishes, perfectly cooked and utterly delicious. All accompanied by equally delightful wines.
The service was dynamic, warm, and very pleasant. A truly wonderful place!

15/09/2026: Discovered by chance during a bike ride.
The dishes were excellent and the service extremely friendly.
25/08/2026: Never disappointed! A beautiful address, a lovely setting, an elegant and cheerful welcome, delicate and authentic cuisine—I don't even remember the bill, the pleasure was so palpable! Pure bliss!
Thank you, "Barbie and Ken"... Can't wait to see you again.
