08/04/2026: To these glowing reviews, I can add the tranquility and spring sunshine that bathed this well-designed space.
I've eaten many times at Bouillon République in Paris; it's cramped, noisy, and full of complaints about the food. Here, the cuisine is refined and excellent; everything is perfectly balanced.
I hope that word of mouth brings you many more happy customers.

11/03/2026: The pastis was really refreshing on the terrace in the spring afternoon sun! Service is okay, but more self-service than anything else. The ambiance inside is alright, outside in the sun it's great, otherwise it's quite busy...

26/03/2026: March 26, 2026: A wonderful welcome from the moment we arrived. Pleasant service with a friendly waitress who took excellent care of us and even our dog, who was spontaneously offered a bowl of water.
The meal was very good, the meats cooked to perfection according to our preferences. The courses arrived smoothly and at a leisurely pace. We will gladly return.

Excellent meal with very good, fresh ingredients.
Highly recommended!!!
If we had to mention one tiny negative point, perhaps the furniture (chairs, tables) and the floor... a little too dated.
We will gladly return.

I appreciated its convenient location, the warm welcome from the staff, and the selection of homemade dishes at a good price.

03/03/2026: We booked a table for 7:30 pm last night, specifying on the phone that we needed to leave by 8:30 pm, and were told no problem.
Once we arrived, there was a long wait, and the owner was extremely unpleasant.
She was not at all friendly and very curt. She pointed out that we had arrived at 7:35 pm in a tone that was truly unacceptable.
On the other hand, the food was good, and the cooks managed the time it took to get the dishes out efficiently.
But unfortunately, we won't be going back, and we don't recommend this establishment. If the owner is tired of working, she should just quit. Avoid at all costs.

30/04/2026: I was very surprised, as my expectations weren't high. I only wanted to stay one night and hadn't expected to eat there at all.
It was excellent, the meat was very fresh, the service was more than just friendly, it was top-notch and very, very helpful.
I highly recommend it.

The downside...Superb shower...but beware for couples...no more hot water after 4 minutes.
(Couples...quick to cuddle 😁).
I've never seen anything like it in a hotel...
[I'm at a second home...stayed in a hotel suite during renovations and a water outage].
Wait until the next day...probably heated on the night rate...🤨, impossible for 4 people to shower.🤨
No food service on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday.
These are the days when hotels and restaurants are busiest...go figure 🤨.
I'm giving it 1 star...the reception on the phone!!! I've never seen remarks like that when asking for information...I stay in hotels often...I've never seen anything like it!!! We're bothering her 🤣
