After reading local food gurus praising their Souris d'agneau (braised lamb shank) as one of the best in Paris, we decided to visit one night in January. Good Lord, they were so right!
The lamb shank ticked all the boxes. Tender, juicy, melting, and most importantly fragrant. I felt like I had never eaten lamb before! My friend who is French encouraged me to write this. He agrees it's the best he has tried.

We know the economic crisis but still…
05/04/2024: Doubtful and absolutely not warm welcome, that the waiters are thinking of changing jobs if they don't have the social fiber. We are greeted without a smile, arrogant and unpleasant waiter.

When we ask for still water, we are served water for €11, while the carafe
Normal water should be €2.50.
On the other hand, the servers are very good but there is one server, himself rather good,
But who speaks with a mask, and we understand nothing of what he says.

You have to chase the servers a bit but it's still OK
Only downside: in view of the level of service and the prices, charging 2 euros 50 for a carafe of water seems really petty
