28/04/2026: From kickoff to stoppage time, not a single mistake :-) Beyond the sports metaphor (which is far from insignificant), a perfect evening… Chef Laurent infuses his marvelous dishes with gentleness, love, experience, and a wealth of flavors. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the ambiance—a verdant, natural atmosphere. It's not just a setting. It's a story being told. And told so beautifully. Thank you, Chef Laurent, for introducing us to your world. Everything is balanced, perfectly measured. The food and wine pairing (or concoctions) truly lives up to its name. Each dish is a journey that ends gently, with the chef taking his time. Precious time to share a few words. A few memories. A few anecdotes. That evening, April 27th, we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for the wonderful meal. We'll be back because the journey isn't over and we haven't finished talking about food and sports :-) May happiness continue to be with you

You probably won't believe what you'll get fornthe price particularly at lunch time with the incredible set menu. I have been going to 975 since their opening back in the 17th arrondisement, and they are constantly delivering an exceptional gastonomic food, for a fraction of price of even a brasserie. An absolute must go. No kidding! Toujours aussi bon !!! J'adore 🥰 Always so good !!! Love it 🥰

06/05/2026: I don't think I'll find the right words to describe the culinary and social experience at this place. Everything was excellent (desserts included). "Even the coffee is good." I agree. The kitchen is open to the public, and the staff are truly delightful. I sensed love in the dishes. Highly recommended!
