30/07/2026: A fantastic find! The sandwiches are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, you can taste it from the first bite. The welcome is warm, the staff are friendly and attentive. The shop itself is also very charming, well-maintained, and really invites you in. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!

05/08/2026: My fiancée and I celebrated our anniversary at Esens'ALL with their five-course menu. The wine pairings perfectly complemented Laurent's excellent cuisine; he's a true virtuoso. It was a wonderful moment and an experience we couldn't have had anywhere else. Definitely not to be missed!

01/08/2026: An extraordinary experience from beginning to end. The welcome, the "zen" atmosphere that transports you during this culinary discovery. The dishes and flavors are simply exceptional. Chef Laurent is very attentive throughout the experience. He gladly shares his passion, even his artistry, for cooking and always has a kind word between courses. Truly, there's nothing to say except that this is one of the best gourmet restaurants, easily deserving of a Michelin star, and you feel at ease because there's none of the trappings of Michelin-starred establishments. Here, it's all about the food, well-being, and the dishes. An address we will gladly return to in order to discover new recipes. Thank you again for this magnificent evening, and a huge congratulations to Chef Laurent for managing everything single-handedly from start to finish.

25/07/2026: The food was very good and the service impeccable 👍 We ordered an omnivore menu and a vegetarian menu. I almost regretted my omnivore order because the vegetarian dishes looked so amazing!

25/07/2026: We first discovered FIEF through Antoni’s food and travel documentary, so we made a reservation for the chef’s counter two weeks in advance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The chef seemed more serious than he appeared on the show, but it was fascinating to watch the team at work. The food was good, with the vegetable tartare being our favorite dish of the evening. The red mullet was a little firmer than we expected, and the Marseille fish soup sauce was slightly too salty for our taste. The bread, however, was absolutely superb. We tried both the non-alcoholic and wine pairings. The non-alcoholic pairing was decent but not particularly memorable, so we wouldn’t recommend it. The wine pairing, on the other hand, complemented the meal very well and was well worth trying. One fun observation: we noticed the chefs occasionally trimming small pieces of meat and placing them into a separate container. It made us curious whether those trimmings were simply discarded or later used for another purpose.

31/07/2026: A wonderful discovery at Towa for lunch today. The team is very professional and attentive, as well as incredibly kind. The wines are a great selection, and their bread is crusty and has a delicious sourdough flavor. The lunchtime set menu is very good; we had a main course and dessert (hanger steak and chocolate crème brûlée with cardamom ice cream), and it was excellent. I highly recommend this gem!

04/07/2026: Talented chef. One of the better places in Paris I’ve eaten in. Everything was excellently prepared, well balanced flavours and superb ingredient combinations. Not pretentious. The people working there are proud of their restaurant, and the menu. Always a good sign. Glass of wine is generously poured.

02/07/2026: An absolutely memorable experience at this restaurant in the 8th arrondissement. Each dish was a true visual and gustatory triumph, a testament to remarkable culinary skill. I was particularly captivated by the small tarts served as amuse-bouches, whose delicate flavors and subtle textures perfectly set the stage for the meal. The presentation is impeccable, the service attentive, and the atmosphere delightful. A must-visit for lovers of fine cuisine.

30/07/2026: This place was amazing. The buckwheat crepe with ham, cheese and egg was one of the best things I ate in Paris. We wanted a snack before the movie and just popped in and what a delightful find. Really delicious. The jam crepe - hibiscus jam, which I’d never had and loved - on a delicate crepe was also divine. Friendly and relaxed place with wonderful food.
