19/07/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, which is undoubtedly one of our best discoveries of the year. The setting is warm and intimate, with only a few tables, which truly gives the impression of being welcomed into someone's home rather than a restaurant. You immediately feel at ease. On the plate, everything is perfectly executed: fresh ingredients, surprising yet always spot-on flavor combinations, and impeccable execution, from cooking to preparation and presentation. A special mention goes to the celery ice cream, which was absolutely exceptional… (I dreamt about it the night after dinner!). The chef is fascinating to listen to. Inspired by his travels, he makes absolutely everything himself, and the result is truly flawless. You can feel his creativity, precision, and passion in every dish. An address we recommend without hesitation and where we will return with great pleasure.

10/07/2026: This is my third visit and it's still just as perfect. Inspired and passionate cuisine with notes that are sometimes subtle, sometimes powerful, often surprising, and always (very) delicious! Attention to detail, quality of ingredients, execution, presentation, an absolutely relaxing atmosphere with soothing green walls, and a warm welcome from Laurent... I have nothing but superlatives, as each visit is an exceptional experience. I've been twice with friends and once with my wife, and each time it's been flawless – a consistency rare enough to be worth mentioning. I would be delighted to bring colleagues or clients if the opportunity arises. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return as soon as possible!

25/07/2026: The food was very good and the service impeccable 👍 We ordered an omnivore menu and a vegetarian menu. I almost regretted my omnivore order because the vegetarian dishes looked so amazing!

25/07/2026: We first discovered FIEF through Antoni’s food and travel documentary, so we made a reservation for the chef’s counter two weeks in advance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The chef seemed more serious than he appeared on the show, but it was fascinating to watch the team at work. The food was good, with the vegetable tartare being our favorite dish of the evening. The red mullet was a little firmer than we expected, and the Marseille fish soup sauce was slightly too salty for our taste. The bread, however, was absolutely superb. We tried both the non-alcoholic and wine pairings. The non-alcoholic pairing was decent but not particularly memorable, so we wouldn’t recommend it. The wine pairing, on the other hand, complemented the meal very well and was well worth trying. One fun observation: we noticed the chefs occasionally trimming small pieces of meat and placing them into a separate container. It made us curious whether those trimmings were simply discarded or later used for another purpose.

Perfect cooking, nuanced yet rich flavors, magnificent presentation, discreet and efficient service, and judiciously chosen wines. We dined there on a weekday for a birthday celebration; the welcome was very warm, and the dishes were exquisite and generous. Homemade seafood, perfectly cooked, and with original flavors, made for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return and try other dishes. The value for money is excellent.
