25/03/2026: I've been to Paris many times, but this was the best restaurant I've ever been to.

24/03/2026: Simply the best restaurant in the area. And by far the best price/quality in Paris. You probably won't believe what you'll get fornthe price particularly at lunch time with the incredible set menu. I have been going to 975 since their opening back in the 17th arrondisement, and they are constantly delivering an exceptional gastonomic food, for a fraction of price of even a brasserie. An absolute must go. No kidding! Toujours aussi bon !!! J'adore 🥰 Always so good !!! Love it 🥰

23/04/2026: Amazing food! Never had frogs legs and decided when in France, have to try! And am so glad we did, the taste was amazing! I want more of them. For mains I had the duck and husband had the confeit pork belly, both were perfectly cooked. The resturant was busy but service speedy.

27/04/2026: We ordered the cheese and bacon platter, Milanese chicken steak pasta, and their signature well-done burger. All the food was delicious; the three types of cheese and five kinds of bacon each had their own unique flavor. You definitely should order the platter when you come here. They also have a wide selection of beer, and the atmosphere was very pleasant as we chatted and drank! It’s a great place to start with your plans and charcuteries, and it’s a great place to eat your burger signature (viande bien cuite). It’s a great deal! Les 3 sortes of fromages and 5 variétés of charcuteries that are unique. C’est un incontournable, The absolute commander in chief and the planche quand on vient ici! Ils ont aussi un très grand choix de bières.

From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the ambiance—a verdant, natural atmosphere. It's not just a setting. It's a story being told. And told so beautifully. Thank you, Chef Laurent, for introducing us to your world. Everything is balanced, perfectly measured. The food and wine pairing (or concoctions) truly lives up to its name. Each dish is a journey that ends gently, with the chef taking his time. Precious time to share a few words. A few memories. A few anecdotes. That evening, April 27th, we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for the wonderful meal. 02/04/2026: I have dined at this restaurant twice and each visit has been exceptional. The cuisine is consistently outstanding — every dish is clearly prepared with care and excellent technique. Start with the shrimp appetizer: the prawns are impressively large, savory, and full of flavor. The handmade wide pasta captures the rich aroma of the shrimp oil beautifully. For the main course, the beef is tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked while preserving the beef’s natural, delicate flavor — I found myself wishing there were more even after finishing the entire steak. The baked onion served alongside is sweet and succulent, a delightful complement to the main. The sparkling wine from Barcelona was a lovely accompaniment. I appreciated the chef personally sampling the bottle before service — a thoughtful and professional touch that speaks to their commitment to quality. The restaurant’s atmosphere is welcoming and well balanced: cozy and relaxed with good music and an open kitchen that adds to the experience. Although the space is intimate, it is well appointed and efficient. Service is friendly, attentive, and considerate; on one visit we arrived late without a reservation and were still warmly welcomed despite the hour. Overall, this is a small but complete gem — excellent food, professional service, and a great ambiance. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time right from the start, as we were warmly welcomed with smiles and kindness. The menu offers plenty of vegetarian options, and the prices are very reasonable. Everything was delicious, served quickly—in short, we weren't disappointed and we'll definitely be back 😊
