15/08/2024: Mi spiace ma la mia recensione è completamente negativa. Spinti dalle ottime recensioni ci siamo recati in questo posto. Locale minuscolo e poco pulito, il bagno impresentabile. Pollo senza sapore, patate rinsecchite, la ratatouille stracotta quindi sembrava una poltiglia. Abbiamo anche preso il maiale bbq no comment . Eravamo 6 e, siccome tutti gli ingredienti erano in un banco all’esterno, i nostri piatti sono rimasti all’aperto nell’attesa che venissero composti e portati nel forno per essere riscaldati. Sinceramente mai mangiato così male e a prezzi non proprio economici

09/03/2024: Le serveur était aimable au début et nous a vanté le plat du jour, la poule au pot qui devait être servi avec des légumes et du riz. Du riz on en a eu, mais en légumes on n’a eu qu’un bout de carotte et un bout de poireau. Pour ma part j’ai eu la carcasse du poulet et quand j’ai dit au serveur que c’était difficile à manger, j’ai eu comme réponse qu’il fallait prendre du steak haché. En partant, un monsieur à la table à côté m’a demandé si on avait bien mangé. J’ai répondu que ça allait et le gars m’a répondu que ce n’était pas une bonne réponse, il aurait fallu dire que c’était excellent. J’ai cru comprendre que c’était le patron. Quand j’ai dit ce qui n’allait pas, il m’a carrément insulté en disant qu’il fallait apprendre ce que c’est que la cuisine française. Je vis en France depuis 35 ans et je fais de la cuisine française bien meilleure que celle qui m’a été servie dans ce resto. 23 euros pour une carcasse de poulet c’est se moquer du monde.

20/05/2024: Nous avions déjà mangé là et c'était correct mais aujourd'hui c'était immangeable . Le pain du club sandwich était froid et pas toasté ou toasté la veille et la garniture à peine mangeable. Nous en avions commandé 4 et avons quasiment tout laissé dans l'assiette et n'avons pas eu d'excuses du responsable.

20/04/2024: We ordered the Valentine's Day menu (€200) on February 14. When we opened the bag we realized that certain items were missing which were nevertheless announced on the menu, namely: The salted butter that had to go with the bread, Much of the dessert (cheese and cakes). We contacted the restaurant immediately. Despite the level of professionalism expected of this type of restaurant, we were more than surprised by the response we received from the restaurant manager: For the salted butter: “this is an error in the menu, we used last year’s menus without updating them. » Concerning the cheese and the cakes it was a mistake A delivery man then had to bring us the missing dessert and cheese. After waiting all evening without being able to call the restaurant, we called back the next day. Supposedly the delivery man left but never arrived... The director apologized assuring me that financial compensation would be provided as well as proof of delivery from the delivery person. To this day (i.e. 2 months later, with reminders every 2 weeks, 7 calls in total, where we are told that financial compensation will be provided to us “it is in progress”) we have still not received anything. Not to mention our disappointment given our incomplete meal at a substantial price, the professionalism of this establishment is more than limited... For us the chef went from a remarkable level to a scammer level leaving us with a bitter taste in our mouths. The first rule is normally to balance tastes! When bitterness is present (service not provided) it should be made up for and corrected by the other flavors of the dish (i.e. professional service in the event of a problem), which is not the case. The chef is remarkable on television but she should be a little more interested in what is happening in her restaurant. The image she gives off is not present in the service of her restaurant. We are of course waiting for the restaurant to be willing to correct the problem. We obviously do not recommend this restaurant, on the contrary there are much better places elsewhere.

14/12/2023: Really good salads, not expensive and great service.

28/10/2023: I placed an order on Uber Eats, I paid extra for the bread and I didn't get the one I asked for. There was no sauce even though I had specified that I wanted some. So eating a salad without sauce is not great. The quality of the food is not up to par unfortunately the sweet potatoes did not have the taste of honey and thyme as indicated, they were not made the same day I think they must have been from the day before because a aftertaste that I don't usually get when I eat it elsewhere. I have to go to customers' homes, I place an order around 4:40 p.m. because I wasn't able to eat before and the only thing that makes my meal is bread and cookies! Not great, especially considering the price I paid, eating bread and cookies as my first meal of the day is really not cool! Too bad it looked good 🤷🏻‍♀️ Given that you are independent of the delivery platforms, even if we pay you the supplements, you are not obliged to give them to us anyway and I don't find that normal. I am modifying the opinion today, 10/28, the next day because I read your response! If I order on a delivery platform it's good because I can't travel anymore and you close from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., having received my order around 5:10 p.m. you can imagine that I have no way to contact you other than posting a review. I am a professional at home and I travel to clients' homes so being more than 20 minutes by car from your establishment I doubt that I can be in two places at the same time! I did not collect this order, it was the Uber Eats delivery girl, it is not the same. If I write a review it is not for pure pleasure it is because there are many problems otherwise I would not do it and putting the blame on the customer is not professional at all the least thing is to get in touch especially if it was you who prepared my order. I called today but you are not working so I am waiting for your call as agreed with your employee. Critics are not pleasant but you have to know how to recognize them and remain professional, I am as human as you are 😉 I sent it to you by email because by digging around a little I saw that you had responded to some comments by leaving the email, so there are photos and videos to support the bag in order to prove what I said, you will appreciate it.
