30/08/2024: Best service I have ever seen in my life during busy hours. Five draft beers in under 1.41 min from placing the order after instant seating arrangement, then two plat de jour in less than 14 min!! Recommend 110%, you can see the Arc aswell.

We reserved our evening 4 weeks in advance (April 30, 2024) for the evening of May 28, 2024 by leaving our telephone number (Reservation well validated, see photo of telephone exchanges to also validate the menus). We present ourselves in the evening in front of the cabaret, closed, no one on site.... We telephone for information, we are told that the evening is canceled without having informed us beforehand.... Here we are in front of the door delivered to us even.... Fortunately the cabaret "Chez ma cousine" in Montmartre was there to welcome us and give us a superb evening (for the second time), thanks to them,

In short, slices of sausage as thin as cigarette paper, a pickle cut into 10 pieces, and I didn't really see the butter because the bread had been heated (in style...). In short, I stripped half of my sandwich to fill the other half, and it wasn't quite there yet. In short, such stinginess in a restaurant is unacceptable. A disgrace...

31/07/2024: Venu avec une amie qui ne connaissait pas le relais et moi depuis longtemps,rien n’a changé…Un service impeccable,le sourire,le service ds la tradition,l’efficacité tout est là comme avant et même en mieux.La petite salade en entrée,et le plat….cette viande rosée succulente,ses frites à déguster et cette sauce magique,on nous sert une deuxième fois et on se regale à nouveau.Un bon café et une addition tout à fait correcte.Un lieu incontournable à refaire très vite.Encore Bravo.Ds ces moments là on est fier d’être français.

22/09/2024: - the quality of the music is not really jazz ( more some pop country music), I would assume they don’t check the performers - the prices are not fine for that quality. Disgusting beer and water cocktails for the double price of the city center price. - toilets are outside the club in the other side of the building. - we made a reservation and extra came earlier but our tables were in the end of the club, I asked if we could switch for the table with the same amount of people but have been refused. 30 mins even after the performance these tables (5 tables in front of me) were empty. We had to watch the show in the end of the club and then I have noticed that the couple behind me has switched the 2 tables before us. Bed service & management, not recommended for the foreigners

12/09/2024: The Star Jazz Club is a high-end, intimate room. Everything is thought of to bring the public closer to the artists who express themselves with a lot of obvious pleasure and freedom. The service is attentive and professional. The quality of the dishes is not to be outdone. We were lucky enough to see a Tanya Mitchell concert opening the 2024 season, exceptional in warmth and good vibes. What a joy to find such a place in Paris, which can be compared to Birdland in NYC!

26/01/2025: This establishment is a Lyon legend... the food is good and the staff are affable even if exasperated by their manager... This self-important individual who is haughty at the reception and spends his time playing politics on the theme of his undocumented employees he claims. We came for a good meal, not wokism politics which does not take place in such an establishment... it was a flagship of Lyon, not a hookah bar

14/01/2025: I am a meat lover. Thus, I am leaving my comment only for food here. In Paris, it is difficult to find a good steak restaurant in terms of the quality and the portion based on fair value. I think Chez Georges provides good steak at the best value in Paris. I recommend Côte de bœuf for 2 portion. I do not have photo since I was not able to stop after my initial bite.
