Smiling welcome for this young team already referenced by the Michelin guide.
Cozy atmosphere for this small restaurant but great for the quality of its dishes.
I had the chef's specialty: sweetbreads. Top-notch!
All the other dishes delighted the guests.
An address to remember.

The setting was cozy, the team took great care and the dishes were incredible ☺️ I enjoyed the roasted scallops and the Valrhona chocolate mousse

04/04/2024: If there’s a proud vibe of unassuming “haute French” dishes with surprise and enchantment, it would be Aspic. Humble in space, decor, and presentation, Aspic amuses your senses with delight and wonder. This is not a restaurant for a novice palate. Rather, it’s in the wine pairings complementing each dishes’ flavors like a gladsome Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers film—feeling inspired and joyful as you’re led along a colorful cornucopia of imagination. My pictures do not do the restaurant justice because it’s the confident humility of deliciousness that one must enjoy, when ready, on their own. One thing I would recommend would be to play with acid a bit more on some dishes, but overall I say bravo, Aspic. Bravo!
30/03/2024: The service was amazing, the ambience was intimate and comfortable, and the food...absolutely exquisite. We will definitely be going back! The Chef, Quinten, spoke to me in English and was so friendly. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

31/03/2024: We discovered this place last night. What a nice surprise in this business and theater district to find a quality bistronomic restaurant!
We chose the gravlax salmon, patanegra and the vegetarian dish with a good Chablis. Delicious ! Only fresh produce is becoming rare. The dessert is a very light revisitation of the calisson. I recommend.

06/04/2024: A stone's throw from the Casino de Paris, this is the place to end the evening. Late service. The welcome is very friendly and the room calm and friendly. Everything is homemade here, the menu is very reasonably priced. I opted for the gravlax salmon, excellent. The house specialty, the paleron with its homemade mash, is divine. I will return with great pleasure and I highly recommend it.

09/03/2024: The delightful Parisian facade of this cafe invites you in for a delicious experience. We ordered vegetable quiche €16 & the special; wok fried aged beef with chilli & ginger €21, both were fantastic. The waiter was very helpful, spoke perfect English & politely sent away anyone who just came in wanting coffee during lunchtime.
You can view the chef through a window & give him a thumbs-up after your meal!
05/03/2024: We arrived by chance in this café restaurant where we were very well received even at the end of the service.
Lots of choice of dishes and good quality.
I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

05/04/2024: Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra is a very nice hotel. The room was sheek, and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. The bath was spacious and functional. The location is perfect with many local attractions, shoping, and restaurants within walking distance. The Hotel has an attached restaurant and bar which serves excellent French cuisine and, with a little couching, was able to create a fine dirty martini. I highly recommend this hotel!

09/05/2024: Restaurants like you no longer find in Paris! Just the welcome on arrival is warm with a big smile. The service is just as good as for the cuisine, it’s simple but excellent. An address to keep carefully off the beaten track. My cousins from Canada were more than delighted (the mackerel rillette as an aperitif was delicious accompanied by good spritzes!!). Small family restaurant. Many thanks and see you soon
