Restaurant des Sports Arzacq-Arraziguet, France
Arzacq-Arraziguet
28/09/2026: This is a place to go out of your way for lunch. Absolutely fantastic. Good friendly service.
Very authentic garbure (a ham hock, cabbage , potato and bean stew) - believe they’ve won awards for it. Huge, very reasonably priced menu of the day.
But - book to get a seat outside under the arches (seemed to be quite a few seats inside) as it seems a very popular place.
26/09/2026: Lunch today: garbure was a delight, confit gizzard salad perfect and generous, sirloin steak with fries too much gristle, a shame, but tasty meat, tiramisu dessert not great, all this for €26, very pretty place with all its arcades, pleasant little village.
