What I appreciate is that the menu is constantly changing. The dishes are always original and sophisticated. The dining room is pleasant and the service is friendly. The hardest part is when you find a dish or dessert that's absolutely divine, only to discover it's no longer on the menu the next time. Fortunately, there are always other great things to discover on the regular menu.
13/03/2026: Arriving at noon, lunchtime, we had drinks inside because the outside was booked. We were having a good time, but when we were almost finished, the owner, whose profile I'd been directed to, came to our table to ask us to free it up for other customers who wanted to eat. He didn't even ask if we wanted to continue drinking or eating. How sad! He just wanted to make some cash for lunch. It's not normal; a lack of professionalism and diplomacy. I won't be back, that's for sure. He's a jerk, period.

The wine list was pleasant and quite varied.
The meal exceeded our expectations; a true delight, bursting with flavor and delightful surprises. Prepared by a passionate chef, and it shows.
We sincerely recommend it and will definitely be back!
01/02/2026: I absolutely loved the restaurant, Le Cabeillou in Orthez. The welcome is warm and the service excellent, but the real magic happens on the plate. The chef offers cuisine with incredible flavors, made with high-quality local products. His technique is impressive. Each dish is perfectly executed, balanced, and incredibly delicious with every bite; our taste buds went wild. All the flavors are simply pure and authentic. You can taste the passion, the expertise, and the respect for the ingredients. This is a must-visit restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend; we will definitely be back. Bravo!

29/12/2023: Frankly disappointed, already no hello when we return it is up to the customer to come and meet the staff, I would like to point out something there were not many people at that time. Our order was taken before the room was invaded and a group of 10 also arrived. 30 minutes later the table of 10 served and not us. We are just told with a big smile "it's gone by the wayside" in short, not normal, I'm not at all satisfied my child, my partner and I wanted a snack break, you've just made us bored .

09/09/2024: This was the best crepe we ever ate. It was incredibly fantastic. A yummy ball of ice cream in the middle, tasting a hint of nuts, fresh whipped cream, stoved apples with a hint of coffee taste, some nuts. We could have eaten this over and over till we exploded from joy!
29/08/2024: Deliciosos crepes con producto local. Raciones abundantes, para comer, cenar o merendar. El personal muy atento, la música a estupenda y el callejón encantador.

05/07/2024: Endroit fréquenté pour regarder un match entre amis. Réaction de service à la mesure de Vincent Perrot et son dragster puisque au moindre coup de clairon le serveur accourait avec un gainage légendaire lui permettant de part sa carrure athlétique de porter 5 pintes de bières ce qui représente un poids de 2,5kg (hors poids des verres) à bout de bras. À recommander pour des chauffantes impromptues ou autres cavalcades improvisées.
04/06/2024: Ici tout est excellent qu'il s'agisse de l'accueil avec des conseils judicieux donnés par le serveur ou bien des plats copieux et très bien cuisinés.
