27/07/2026: Arriving a little late at 1:30 pm, a group of six on a Sunday without a reservation, we were welcomed with a selection of local charcuterie. Delicious!
We had a very pleasant chat with the chef about Normandy Camembert, Neufchâtel, and Ossau-Iraty cheeses. The hospitality in the Basque Country is truly well-deserved.
