08/02/2026: Excellent service at the Carnegie in Corbas. As for the meal, always quality combined with quantity.

05/02/2026: I wasn't won over by this restaurant, which on paper had everything going for it, but alas! The food wasn't amazing, at least what I ate wasn't worth the price, but the portions were generous. The decor and the service could use a bit of a refresh. It took a long time to be served and receive our food.

04/01/2026: We chose Ambiance et Saveurs as our wedding caterer, and we were thrilled! In addition to the delicious cocktail hour and meal, which our guests absolutely loved, the service team was fantastic: they created an incredible atmosphere while remaining perfectly professional. A huge thank you to them for their work, which greatly contributed to the success of our day!

23/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Despite a table of 22, we didn't have to wait at all, which was truly appreciated. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and served piping hot. The service was impeccable from start to finish: attentive, friendly, and highly professional staff. A big thank you to the entire team for this delightful experience; we will gladly return.

26/12/2025: A truly top-notch brasserie. The dishes are generous and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and setting are perfectly in keeping, simple and cheerful. The waiter is super friendly. Very welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.
