20/03/2026: We stumbled upon this place while descending from the Roche de Solutré, and we were so lucky! There's a proper parking lot for customers (don't stop on the bumpy road!), a lovely terrace, and finally, beautiful, spacious dining rooms with tables spaced far enough apart to truly appreciate your meal. The young woman who served us was incredibly kind and gracious, even though we couldn't linger. The food was absolutely delicious, and the Pouilly-Fuissé was, of course, perfect. We'll definitely be back to spend more time here. Thank you!

02/04/2026: Our gastronomic experience was delightful. The staff was charming, the room clean and comfortable, and quiet despite the proximity of the highway, which was unnoticeable from inside. The breakfast was generous and of high quality. In the restaurant, the Signature menu (starter, main course, dessert for €52) was a real treat. The all-female table service was stylish and efficient, even though all the tables were occupied. The recommendations of a young sommelier were invaluable. Our next trip to the region will definitely lead us to stop at Le Moulin du Gastronome again!

29/03/2026: An absolutely magical experience at Moulin du Gastronome! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Dishes as beautiful as they were delicious, presented like true works of art. The service, the ambiance, the attention to detail… everything comes together to create an exceptional experience. You can taste the genuine passion in every dish. A huge favorite, 5 stars well deserved, and then some! I highly recommend it!
