01/05/2026: An absolutely exceptional experience! The seven-course tasting menu was incredible, worthy of its Michelin star, perhaps even surpassing it! The service was simply perfect! And the room was very pleasant! A top-notch evening at a reasonable price—a very pleasant surprise!

12/04/2026: The Auberge de Saint-Oyen is a beautiful establishment with its stone walls, an imposing fireplace, and a large terrace that is sure to be very pleasant on sunny days. The cuisine features simple but delicious dishes such as salmon, snails, and billch. The desserts are varied and not too sweet, ideal for finishing the meal. The waitress was exceptionally kind and smiling from beginning to end.

07/04/2026: A very good address that I recommend, very good value for money, well prepared and succulent dishes, a menu that changes, the waitress is super friendly with always a smile, we have frequented this restaurant several times and we have never been disappointed, I recommend without hesitation.
