03/04/2024: Supposedly one of the 3 best restaurants in Sarthe. Very very disappointed in both the quality of the dishes and the service. Their truffle dish was greasy and the vegetables were very salty, we feel that the creation of the dish had not been tasted by the chef before and the suggestion of Sarthe cheese on the menu is of no interest.
Finally, only their “signature” langoustine ravioli starter is worth it. The result is a very expensive and disappointing evening, so go to Cyril Lignac in Paris and you are sure not to be disappointed!

22/02/2024: This is a first for me in this restaurant. I am disappointed with the quality of the dish of the day and the views of the comments on Google too because I do not have the same opinion. I went there with people who have known the place for several years and since the change of ownership it is no longer up to par.
Taste. As proof at the time of collection we were not asked if everything went well...
