05/04/2024: Great new Spring menu at the Buffalo Grill in Saint Sat!!! Congratulations to the kitchen and dining room teams. The marinated beef and chicken skewers are delicious and generous and the Fourme d’Ambert dishes (salad, burger) are truly original. Haven't been able to taste the desserts yet which are so beautiful (pancake, crumble, burger cookies!!!). Well done 🎉.

02/04/2024: Nothing to say about the cuisine and the welcome, however as soon as the aperitif begins, we are sent the dishes at the same time and the wine. We asked for bread, we didn't get any. They came to take our plates away, super fast service.... Disappointed
31/03/2024: Number of dishes limited but very well done. There is everything, meat, chicken, fish, vegetarian. The fries are fresh and unlimited, the service is fast, efficient and smiling.
Aperitif, main course and dessert for less than €30 per person, for fresh and delicious homemade products, that's all we expect.
If the menu were to change from time to time it would be even better.

22/03/2024: We went to lunch yesterday at noon in their catering section.
- Atmosphere :
We witnessed a spat between staff members.
- Catering:
Does the chef taste his dishes?
- - starter = salmon rillettes where the smoky side of one of the ingredients takes precedence over all the others.
- - main course = duck breast with pepper sauce accompanied by potatoes and beans.
The pepper sauce deserves to be in a gravy boat. The duck was bathed in it... the sauce was so spicy that the dish was "hellish" to eat.
- - dessert: Coconut crumble on mango juice = a little lack of sugar.
