Having the chef visit to ensure our satisfaction was a really special touch. Additionally, taking our phone number to call us back in case of cancellation really showed their commitment to their customers. The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere make us feel at home from the moment we arrive. The dishes are always delicious and the service is impeccable. A big thank you to the entire Arcelle team for these years of memorable moments. We can’t wait to come back next year for our usual evening!”

27/03/2024: I don't really know what to say about the food. One time it's good, one time it's not. Examples: the burrata pizza is magnificent but the burgers are bland, tasteless. French toast-style brioche should be avoided, it's one of my favorite desserts, but the one served in this establishment is a failure. And what's the idea of using pralines, hard as a stone at that?
Also mixed on the service, the waiters are probably restrained by the boss who does not want to serve a plate of fries for a 3 year old child because it is not on the menu, no, you have to pay for a steak and fries €12 which will not even be eaten at the qiart.
Also mixed on the atmosphere between the warm all-wood decor of the chalet and the same 3 pieces of reggae playing over and over.
Special mention to the waiter who rushes by to ask if everything is going well and leaves without waiting for a response
