28/08/2026: The perfect lunch at Le Choucas: a charming and pleasant terrace, peaceful and quiet, overlooking a pasture, surrounded by greenery, with no ear-splitting music. Friendly and welcoming service, even at the last minute, and a tempting menu. The Alpine salad with breaded Reblochon cheese is absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious. Highly recommended!

29/08/2026: Excellent cuisine: the savory buckwheat crepes are generous and delicious, with a varied selection. The chef's suggestion was simply perfect: crozet gratin with chicken in a St. Marcellin cheese and morel sauce.
The welcome is warm and genuine.
I recommend it 200%!

The crepes, both sweet and savory, are excellent and beautifully decorated, and don't even get me started on the ice cream—it's a real treat!

13/08/2026: You don't come to La Petite Ferme for the food, which is decent, nothing more. No surprises on the plate. The same goes for the service: friendly, but nothing special. The prices are high compared to what's available in the area. However, the bowling alley is really great; you can have a wonderful time there with family or friends.

14/08/2026: A little disappointed by this restaurant. A good variety of dishes, but not very original and the seasoning was a bit weak.
Also, we had a reservation and still ended up inside despite it being 25°C outside because the terrace was full...
And there were only three desserts left on the menu... What a shame.
13/08/2026: An authentic place not to be missed, the oldest restaurant in Saint Sorlin. I had read that the welcome was quirky, and I wasn't disappointed. It's warm and fun at the same time; you immediately feel at ease. The cuisine is prepared with quality ingredients. A wonderful discovery! My daughter will long remember her chocolate mousse, and we'll cherish the génépi we shared with the team at the end of our meal!

30/03/2026: A warm welcome with a cheerful "hello" and a smile. The interior is inviting, with a fireplace for cooler, dreary weather. The service is quick and the local dishes are hearty. The only downside: prices remain high at this altitude, a well-known fact.

15/08/2026: For our last evening, we went to eat and had a wonderful meal. The atmosphere was fantastic, with Michel singing all evening. The owner and Fabrice, the manager, are very kind. Great restaurant, I highly recommend it! Kisses from the Northerners! 👍👍👍😜

07/06/2024: Si le cadre est agréable et plutôt prometteur, la qualité du repas proposé est très en dessous de ce qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'un menu à 45 € sans les boissons. C'est dommage dans une région où les produits de qualité ne manquent pas. Un gros effort à fournir dans ce domaine pour amener cet endroit à la hauteur qu'il mérite.
07/06/2024: Une honte . Soirée restaurant pour fêter une bonne semaine de randos et nous avons été très déçu par la qualité des produits , repas type cantine facturé 45 € par personne . A éviter .
