12/04/2026: Cozy atmosphere and good service. Naturally, not everything is available at the end of the season, but what is there is well taken care of!

11/04/2026: Our favorite restaurant! Cozy, delicious food, amazing hamburgers, and very friendly owners who make it personal. Service is prompt and attentive. Highly recommended – for us, the best place in Valmeinier!

20/05/2026: There were serious communication problems among the staff: within 10 minutes, we were called on Saturday morning by several members of the residence team about the same issue, with no one having consulted beforehand to realize we were already aware of it. Similarly, for short stays, check-outs can be at 5 pm instead of 12 pm (subject to availability); as indicated on Booking.com, we had specified in the comments that we wished to stay until 5 pm; upon arrival, the receptionist carefully reviewed all the booking information with us: name, address, city of origin, and departure instructions. On the day of our departure, the receptionist's response was: "We don't always read all the messages on Booking.com. We haven't reserved your accommodation until 5 pm, so you must leave and leave the keys in the mailbox at reception as we will be out." Another disappointing point: we booked this accommodation from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon because Booking.com advertised access to a heated pool and spa, without providing any further details. Upon arrival, we learned that these facilities are open Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays, and reopen on Sundays from 5 pm to 7 pm. In other words, it's impossible to use them over a weekend. Finally, the rental is functional, and the one-bedroom apartment has everything you'd expect for a two-room apartment for a ski holiday. However, the draft coming through the door leading to the terrace highlights a lack of thermal insulation. While the accommodation itself was adequate, close to ski lifts and ski rental shops, the residence's services marred our stay. A very bad experience with this residence!

11/04/2026: Friendly welcome, spacious village, superb location. Apartment a bit small but well-equipped and tidy. Truly unbeatable value for money, friendly staff and good facilities. Top-notch!

12/09/2026: Very good pizzas and friendly service

25/08/2026: The young staff were very friendly. The only option was to dine outside under a pergola (no indoor seating available)! Well, it is summer. The fondue was enough for two, but not very hot, which was a shame! It wasn't excellent either! The blueberry tart wasn't local either; the pastry wasn't homemade. Total price including table wine: €40 per person. Not justified!

11/04/2026: Located at the foot of the slopes, the team demonstrated excellent communication, which quickly put us at ease. The meals were delicious and varied. An experience to be repeated without hesitation.

27/03/2026: Excellent location, right next to the slopes. Good rooms for children and teenagers. Good food and a warm welcome.
