07/12/2025: A lovely place to spend time with family, enjoying delicious macarons and much more. This Sunday, a fantastic family brunch.

04/12/2025: The visit was a bit disappointing. We only saw a "fake" demonstration of macaron making. However, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

23/02/2026: In a sumptuous setting and relaxing atmosphere, La Mare au Diable offers gourmet cuisine at an acceptable price. A mini raw fish taco and three amuse-bouches are served before the starter, then nothing between courses. I think a different distribution would be appreciated. The tagliatelle in the Parmesan wheel is very comforting, but one expects more, perhaps a bit more texture... The shrimp and lobster ravioli is sorely lacking in generosity; one feels a slight frustration that is out of place when one only allows oneself this kind of outing a handful of times a year. Otherwise, everything was perfect: service worthy of a fine restaurant, just the right seasoning, perfect cooking... A moment suspended in time in the house of George Sand...
