31/05/2026: A pleasant, unpretentious spot. Simple brasserie-style cuisine, in line with the prices. Nothing remarkable, but nothing to complain about either: a decent place for a straightforward meal.

27/03/2026: Hunting down hidden gems, unearthing hidden bistros, that's my credo. Tucked away in a tiny village, bordered by a busy ring road on one side and the towpath on the other, this Norman restaurant is a haven for those in the know. No flashy posters outside, yet the place is always packed. Inside, there's no fuss, no stuffy waiters reciting the menu like poetry. The food is beautiful, it's delicious, and the value for money is excellent.

19/05/2026: Always super friendly and welcoming

09/05/2026: A disaster... the starter, a bland and greasy terrine. The fish of the day was appreciated. However, the "workshop" platter... a horror! The gravlax salmon was actually thick, hard scraps of smoked salmon. The Camembert samosa was... a long time ago. The pâté, the same as the starter, was inedible. The salad, a third of the plate, was dressed with a generous amount of industrial vinaigrette :-( Fries were okay, but they were expensive). Depending on the table, olives are served with the aperitif, but not for us... A burger for a hostess... she's still looking for the cheese... "Not good," she says, because she's well-mannered! I threw up my meal: the "workshop" platter. My daughter had diarrhea after eating the pâté and burger... Only the fish was decent. We had eaten lunch at this place before, but never again.

19/12/2025: The café on the square is wonderfully friendly to its customers. I highly recommend this establishment; they demonstrate great professionalism, attentiveness, a warm welcome, and excellent service. The food is delicious. Many thanks.
