30/01/2026: Bought a palmier pastry and a baguette around 3 PM. Both were stale, at least since the day before. The palmier pastry was so hard it was inedible. The staff were rude and incompetent. The atmosphere was awful.

11/04/2026: I went to their shop for a simple brake adjustment: my bike brakes were terrible, a real safety issue. I arrived politely and kindly, offering to pay a small fee, of course, because I understand that work deserves compensation. But then they asked me for €20 for "a quick adjustment" – nothing more. No diagnosis, no parts, just tightening a brake cable. For an organization supposedly promoting cycling and helping people, I was stunned. The worst part? They let me leave with my brakes still dangerous, without any safety precautions, no advice, no compensation. Zero empathy. For an organization, they are unscrupulous, merciless, and devoid of humanity. You're disgusting; all they care about is money. And on top of that, they asked for €20 just to line their own pockets. If you don't have money, you can die. They put me in a dangerous situation on the road; it's shameful. Even for free, you'd expect a helping hand, but I was prepared to pay… but not €20 for a 20-second fix. Frankly, it's pathetic. The person there gave me the impression of a con artist preying on cyclists' distress. At this point, the shop might as well close down or the people in charge should find another line of work. An association that doesn't help, doesn't provide information, and leaves people feeling unsafe… it's no longer an association, it's a scam. They should stop calling it "La Maison du Vélo" (The Bike House), it's truly disgusting. I'm disgusted. Avoid this "La Maison du Vélo." In response to my comment, La Maison du Vélo: You tell me it was a €20 monthly fee, but I asked for a service and to pay you, which is normal. And you didn't tell me it was a paid service. With the Gold package, all I wanted was to get my brakes fixed so I could get home. You persist and insist that I accept your €20 conditions. So, in your opinion, is €20 worth more than a human life? You put me in danger. I am deeply outraged by your attitude. Your lack of transparency and your contempt are revolting. You show total indifference towards cyclists. Well, let me tell you: you are inhumane. Close your shop and open a sandwich shop or a bakery instead; it would be better. I have never seen such coldness. You should be ashamed.

17/07/2026: I find it unacceptable that a woman in an emergency situation was denied access to the restrooms simply because she wasn't using drugs. A little basic hospitality and humanity would have been appreciated. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

18/07/2026: Nice terrace, good service. We ordered two sirloin steaks. Both were acidic and bad. I do not recommend this restaurant due to the poor quality of its meat.

06/02/2026: Listen, I hate coffee (well, that's what I used to say until I was 23/25, I didn't like coffee ☕️) Actually, that's not true. It's just that the first impression we were given, which is the most important, wasn't good. A lot of people drink coffee at home. Wrong! Honestly, coffee at a café isn't comparable to coffee at home (even if you have a top-of-the-line or professional machine at home). Neither Nespresso, which makes some of the best coffee, nor Sega Fredo (one of the best for home use), is comparable to coffee at a café/bar/tobacconist. And then there are some coffees that I find "strong." Or Should I say STRONG? Well, this one from Brasserie 42 St. Denis is really great 😋 I had two, absolutely fantastic. Okay, thank you very much. There are even some Parisian coffees that I find too strong, and many cafes make them too strong. This one was perfect, delicious, especially for someone who used to hate coffee. To truly appreciate coffee, you need to: 1) drink it in a cafe 2) in a glass because, yes, it doesn't taste the same in a cup (yes, I'm serious, I learned that in 2025, I had already learned to appreciate coffee in the meantime) 3) in a good cafe like this one Thank you

04/08/2026: A bar-tabac located at the foot of the luxurious H4 Pleyel hotel. We sat down for a drink. Three times, the waiter (owner?) told us he was coming. We saw him walk by with glasses, including his own, and he downed his pint in full view of everyone in three gulps. He reeked of cigarettes and alcohol. He advised my partner against ordering a non-alcoholic beer whose name he didn't know and which he said "wasn't very good." We finally went inside to pay for our drinks. The two other employees were drinking their rosé at the bar. Quite an experience!

01/08/2026: Great food and the service is excellent. Truly recommend it. For sure coming back many times more.

05/07/2026: We went there after a concert to watch the World Cup round of 16 match. The bouncer warned us he'd only let us through the first half. Very efficient service at sending €14 beers, but just as efficient at stopping the match at 40 minutes and clapping to herd us out like cattle.

21/06/2026: Ideally located next to the Stade de France. They seated us on the terrace opposite the stadium. Quieter, outdoors, but very hot. Too hot considering the oppressive heat of Thursday, June 18th. The food, for me, was bland; the chicken salad was frankly tasteless. Outside the restaurant on the stadium side, there was a cacophonous and unbearable battle of DJs playing music. THIS MUST BE REGULATED!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

23/05/2026: Room is perfect, Common area/lobby needs improvement. breakfast is basic.

05/02/2026: Good rooms. Good breakfast. Good atmosfere. Visiting since 2023 RWC. Best hotel to be for Stade de France

25/07/2026: We had lunch together, and at midday, the value for money is excellent (set menu at €26). However, the service unfortunately ruined the experience. The waiter was arrogant. I had asked for my meat to be cooked rare, but it arrived medium-rare. When he took it back from the kitchen, it came back to me well-done. Even worse, he then tried to explain to me, using his phone, what rare meat actually was… A particularly condescending attitude. In the end, I finally got my meat very rare, but accompanied by looks that clearly made me feel looked down upon. It's a real shame, because this attitude significantly marred what could have been a very pleasant lunch.

21/07/2026: The daily special was cooked to perfection, thank you for the chicken, homemade fries were an extra. They serve until late. Unbeatable value for money, €14 for the daily special. Friendly service that does its job. Just a few annoying wasps.
