23/03/2026: You can easily wait 20 minutes for a cappuccino... The quality of the food and drinks is good, but the service is extremely overwhelmed.

22/03/2026: Terrible service, a one-hour wait with extremely unpleasant waiters. Avoid at all costs.

22/03/2026: We wanted to stop by for a drink and some fries… When we went to order, we were very rudely told that you can't order fries here (they're only a side dish with a "full" meal). We didn't appreciate the disrespectful and unprofessional way they treated the customers.

11/04/2026: The worst hotel I've ever seen. It's incredibly expensive, nothing works in the room, and in the spring the rooms become a sauna. The radiators can't be regulated and they're always on full blast. If you open the window, it's impossible to sleep because of the noise. There's a problem with the sewage, the room smells awful, and when you talk to reception, they just tell you they'll send someone to keep them quiet without anyone actually coming. It's €100 a night to sleep in less comfort than in my car. They really need to demolish these old hotels.

26/03/2026: We had an amazing staying at this hotel. The room had a private bathroom and a balcony facing the intersection, which was really cool. The room was very quiet and clean. The vicinity to the metro station makes the whole experience of exploring Paris much more enjoyable. The only issue that I can see is the lack of an elevator. If you are not strong, carrying a 23kg luggage up three ramps of stairs can be challenging.

04/04/2026: This place is only opened Saturday/Sunday/Monday (flea market days) from 8 to 8 (or 9 or 10 depending on the owner's mood) but it is worth a visit if you are around. It will die with its owners and most likely be taken over by a fast food joint or a soulless snack bar... It is SUPER old school! Wine by the glass is cheap and good. I have not sampled the food but saw it go out. It is meaty and they are not afraid of fat but punters seemed satisfied!

30/03/2026: It's hard to find a more authentic experience than Brasserie Biron, which has been in the same family for three generations. A friendly welcome and classic bistro fare. Significantly less crowded than the fast-food outlets inside the market.

10/12/2025: Unfortunately, we also had to experience ourselves, how rude the service was. A pity actually, as the place could actually flourish. The coffee was also mediocre, but we could actually get into terms with that in a touristic place like Colmar. Anyway, there are plenty of options nearby - otherwise you could just put up with bad service and coffee - up to you!

05/12/2025: A boutique café with a few flowers and decorative items for sale. There are only a few tables inside, but there are seats on the terrace with blankets for when it's cold. The coffees are okay, standard fare, and the croissants are good. The chocolate tart doesn't seem homemade. You have to go to the counter to order and bring your order back to your table.
