09/09/2026: A true regional gastronomic gem that's well worth a detour, situated in a natural and authentic setting. Everything was delicious. I particularly recommend the braised pork loin!

03/09/2026: The dish was excellent; the chef is clearly very talented. The problems were with the portion sizes, which were small and inconsistent between the different plates, even though we ordered the same thing. The prices were high considering the quantity. There was also a major problem with the air conditioning; it wasn't working/they didn't know how to operate it. The oppressive heat unfortunately spoiled the experience. The location is beautiful overall, but the water in the Aveyron River was unfortunately partially covered in algae (nitrates). The servers were pleasant despite the air conditioning issue.
