03/09/2026: The dish was excellent; the chef is clearly very talented. The problems were with the portion sizes, which were small and inconsistent between the different plates, even though we ordered the same thing. The prices were high considering the quantity. There was also a major problem with the air conditioning; it wasn't working/they didn't know how to operate it. The oppressive heat unfortunately spoiled the experience. The location is beautiful overall, but the water in the Aveyron River was unfortunately partially covered in algae (nitrates). The servers were pleasant despite the air conditioning issue.

04/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Montauban. The dishes are refined, prepared with quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the service is attentive, professional, and warm. The atmosphere is pleasant and makes for a truly enjoyable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for a meal as a couple, with family, or with friends. The €25 lunch menu is very satisfying!

01/08/2026: I had the baked Camembert, it was excellent. A beautiful plate with salad, tomato, country ham, potatoes, and the Camembert was superb. The waitress and owner is lovely and very friendly. The chef is very welcoming and pleasant. I highly recommend it. The place is peaceful. Thank you to them.

01/09/2026: Had a fabulous meal here, during a stop over in our 5 day walking tour of the medieval hill top villages of Tarn. Nothing too fancy, but had a duck fois gras followed by a superb confit du canard, served with rosemary flavoured fries and a simple green salad with slices of duck liver too. Washed down with the local Gaillac rosé. One of the best meals we’ve had in SW France!

22/08/2026: Excellent meal from start to finish. The welcome was impeccable and the various dishes ordered were delicious! It's refined. The price is consistent with the quality of the dishes and the service. A nice touch: complimentary filtered still and sparkling water.

The service was impeccable, and the whole place had a warm and comfortable atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We will be back!
