29/03/2024: A more than perfect dinner in a very pleasant and nicely decorated setting. A little haven of peace in Rungis. Top notch service and very friendly. We enjoyed our dishes and had a great time. So much so that we will come back to it next week. In short, a great discovery.

02/04/2024: We were staying in Vincennes and looking for a restaurant serving steak and chips that was not too expensive. We went on a quiet evening and were seated and served quickly. It helped us having an English menu. The food tasted great and was good value. There's quite a few people coming and going for takeaways and for tobacco / e-cigarette sales, which detracted slightly from the atmosphere.

01/04/2024: The servers are adorable, and the atmosphere is really great. The setting is exotic, both inside and outside. The gigantic terrace is clearly a plus when you come with children, because there are swings, balls, beanbags and games. However, we arrived at 12:30 p.m., there were only 5 tables set up and we waited 1h30 for our dishes. Dishes which are nothing exceptional. 39€ starter main course dessert is quite expensive for what it is if you only come for the meal. €22 for a very thin steak and frozen fries. The cheapest bottle of wine is €35. The big plus of the place is that you pay for the entertainment and the Sunday snack for the children. In this case it's definitely worth it. On the other hand, you shouldn't be in a hurry. The activity announced for 3 p.m. didn't start until 4:30 p.m., and the snack at 5:30 p.m., too bad. For those who are not used to the banks of the Marne: the roads along the Marne are closed to cars on Sundays. Remember to arrange parking.

23/03/2024: Nice atmosphere, unusual place but exorbitant prices: Frozen burger for 22 euros and pint for more than 10 euros

06/05/2024: A beautiful brewery with mediocre products, prices do not match quality. Very salty mayo eggs, the outline of the yolk is gray, the egg came out of the fridge, what a shame! Fries that are not fries at all, but rather fried!! Tasteless sea bass fillet poison: frozen. A steak as hard as sole and which looks nothing like a rib steak, nothing like the beauty on the site, inedible piece of beef: sent back. Reception not pleasant and very limited. Never again and we do not recommend.

07/04/2024: A summary of everything that is wrong with Parisian brasserie/nearby suburbs catering The cuisine: not fresh, ridiculous portions, shout out for the salad which wouldn't even feed a rabbit, concrete fries probably recooked from the lunch service, no seasoning, and this allows me to get on with the service: no bread, no sauces, no salt and pepper, you obviously have to ask for everything otherwise we are careful not to offer it to you... rat savings Needless to say, the prices are very Parisian, with dishes around €20 and pints for 10 bucks. For those looking for a real restaurant with fresh products and great service: you walk 300 meters and you will find the KOTEL

31/03/2024: Very disappointed: rather nice welcome but dismal suite: very long service, questionable cleanliness, infected mussels. We didn't know how to eat them, as noted by the waitress but billed for them anyway!! We will never go again and we certainly do not recommend 😕

31/01/2024: Very nice, you should know that going to Gegene's is going to guincher like in the old days. We go there to spend a happy moment of conviviality with music and dancing. Go there and you'll see.
