31/07/2026: The food looked simple, but absolutely everything was excellent. The fries were cooked just the way I like them. The sirloin steak was incredibly tender, and the rockfish soup was fantastic. It's a shame it's so far from Paris.

31/07/2026: I am extremely disappointed with how our reservation was handled. Due to the major fires in the Brignoles area, we were forced to cancel our stay. It seemed unthinkable to travel and stay in an affected area, especially since we were traveling with two children. Despite this exceptional situation, the hotel refused any compensation and charged us €150 for a single unused night. I spoke to the manager on the phone, who displayed a complete lack of empathy. Her response was: "You were aware, there have been fires in Brignoles for the past two weeks." This reaction deeply shocked me. In such a serious situation, I would have expected a minimum of understanding and consideration. Unfortunately, I felt that the financial aspect took precedence over the safety and well-being of the guests. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment due to its lack of consideration for its customers in such exceptional circumstances.

25/06/2026: Excellent brasserie in the center of Brignoles. Quiet place, outdoor seating, super friendly staff. Delicious and plentiful food (but a tip: take the octopus out of the fridge before making the octopus salad, so it's less cold). I'd definitely go back!

21/05/2026: Unfortunately, we can't give less than one star! The service and welcome were appalling. Bagged salad, frozen fries, and JP Chenet wine that costs €1.50 in stores—they practically serve you cheap wine in a plastic bottle! The atmosphere is austere, the premises outdated. In short, I've never seen an establishment like it! However, there were no problems at all with the bill!

26/06/2026: We had been here before but had a terrible experience, so we wanted to give it a second chance 😱😱 which was just as bad. We ordered an inedible andouillette sausage that tasted like it had been reheated, and the fries were cold. Avoid this place at all costs; it's not real food.

26/06/2026: Having the boss examined, as muscular as he is unpleasant, is completely crazy. To speak to employees and customers like that, you have to be sick, especially in the restaurant business. Perhaps the excess of dietary supplements and the products he takes to build muscle have made him this way, or perhaps the nutrients are no longer going to his brain but only to his muscles (besides, his musculature seems very unnatural to me, and we know that people on performance-enhancing drugs tend to be very irritable, but I'm not accusing him of anything, it's just a hypothesis). In any case, dear reader, if you don't want to have a very bad experience, go elsewhere and go to McDonald's across the street; you won't be as disappointed as you were at Flunch.
