The atmosphere is warm, the service attentive and perfectly executed, and the food… simply excellent. Each dish is flavorful, generous, and prepared with care. You can clearly tell that the team takes pleasure in making you happy, and that makes all the difference. A perfect moment, as enjoyable as it was authentic. An address I wholeheartedly recommend, and one we will definitely return to on our next visit to Fréjus!

Special mention to Mélodie, an exceptional waitress: smiling, professional, radiant, warm, and attentive from beginning to end. Her welcome and good humor truly enhanced the experience. 18/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance. Excellent. We highly recommend it. The homemade mussels were superb. And the desserts were amazing! I didn't usually like lemon, but I tried the lemon-honey tiramisu and it changed my mind about lemon. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly. Go without hesitation, don't miss this restaurant!

Although the online opening hours caused some confusion, we decided to call ahead to inquire if there was availability for lunch. Luckily we did, because we had a truly fantastic meal here. The fish and seafood were super fresh and prepared with great care and craftsmanship. From the starter to the dessert, it was pure enjoyment. The service was incredibly friendly, attentive, and created a very welcoming atmosphere. If you are near Saint-Raphaël/Fréjus and love a really good, traditional fish lunch, you absolutely must not miss this place.

11/05/2026: Never disappointed by the food (quality of ingredients, quantity, variety of choices) and by the always very pleasant staff. We always come back here with the same pleasure and we know we won't leave hungry 😋

08/05/2026: We went on May 6th. At lunchtime, we ordered three salmon tartares. The tartares were just shallots in them, so not great, and the portions were smaller. Elsewhere, the portions are much larger. When the waitress asked if we were okay, I said the tartare wasn't great, and she rolled her eyes! Fantastic! Afterwards, we ordered a coffee and a "gourmet coffee"—half a clafoutis tartlet and half something else. 10 euros for this "gourmet coffee"! Nothing gourmet about it! And the tartlets were only half-sized, which is ridiculous! Even if they were small! My mother has been a customer for a while. They have absolutely no memory for faces! Plus, since my mother is elderly, it took her a while to get the credit card out, so the waiter left! We had to wait even longer! We're not tourists. We didn't have to wait because we had a reservation.

17/05/2026: As regulars, always satisfied with the service and quality, we once again had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as a family. The pitas, the chicken supreme—everything was excellent, and a special mention goes to the daily special: mussels in chorizo ​​cream sauce, simply excellent and original. They should definitely be on the menu! I highly recommend it.

14/05/2026: Hello Too long a wait between courses. Doubts about the freshness of the mussels; a mix of fresh and reheated? The tapas to share were fine. Except for the wild garlic cheese, which tasted more like spinach, at least not garlic. Friendly atmosphere and service. Some of the tapas were really very good. The non-alcoholic cocktail was fine. The price does not include wine or dessert.

27/02/2026: An absolutely unforgettable day. Neither photos nor videos can truly capture the beauty of the venue; you have to experience it to understand how unique and magical this place is. Everything was magnificent, perfect, filled with beauty and emotion… Masterfully orchestrated by an incredible team. Kindness, attentiveness, and availability perfectly sum up the entire staff of the bastide and its owners. A perfect wedding!! We were guided from beginning to end, and I must say, that was truly appreciated! And what can I say about Lorelei and her sublime floral creations! My bouquet was marvelous 🥰🥰🥰 A huge thank you to you all. And for future brides and grooms who have questions, do as we did. Go and meet the woman who made this dream a wonderful reality. The venue is magnificent, the food was perfect, and our guests were also swept away by the magic of our wedding. 19/04/2026: A rip-off. Very high prices for mediocre quality, and don't even think about asking for ketchup; they'll charge you €1.50. The restaurant is in a passageway and, to top it off, in the shade.

17/04/2026: I loved everything: the menu, the service, the quality of the meats and appetizers (the homemade foie gras is incredible, the pierrade is a must-try, the setting is peaceful (it was April, after all), and a big thank you to the lovely servers). It was our first time at Le Bœuf sur le Quais, and we can't wait to come back and try other dishes (we had a hard time choosing!). I almost wanted to keep the place a secret, but I have no choice but to recommend it and invite you to try this restaurant.
