17/02/2026: Small bistro near the centre of La Seyne sur mer, next to the boules courts and the port. La Terrasse is a bit noisy due to the road next to it. The meal was good, don't expect gourmet food, just homemade dishes.

15/01/2026: Excellent value for money. Warm welcome and service. Simple but well-prepared cuisine. Keep up the good work; we need more establishments like yours to perpetuate the French tradition of everyday dining.

16/12/2025: Apart from a charming and pleasant waitress on that particular day, the welcome wasn't exactly pleasant! What a shame, especially in such a lovely setting!

08/11/2025: We came as a family on a Saturday at lunchtime. The menu is small, which reflects the quality of the food. I recommend the mussels and the burgers.

11/01/2026: Enjoying a delicious and balanced Caesar salad in the sunshine, accompanied by the sound of the waves, along with a generous and crispy chicken, and a surprisingly delicious roasted Camembert in a squash, the welcome was warm. Thank you for this lovely time.

08/03/2026: Hello, I went there yesterday for lunch and ate mussels (called "tamaris mussels"). I felt nauseous all afternoon. I went there to try the lamb shank, but they didn't have any. It wasn't mentioned beforehand. This isn't the first time this has happened; we were at the beginning of the meal. It's a shame, we won't go back. Sorry.

21/10/2025: I order often, but with the pink post, I had to postpone the pizza delivery time twice. My husband had an emergency (paramedic) at work. I could hear the other guy complaining, blah blah, and of course, my husband had another emergency, so I had to cancel the order. I was totally told to fuck off and hung up on. I'll never order from them again, even though their pizzas are good.

23/02/2026: As a customer since it opened, I've noticed a significant decline in quality. The dishes offered are generally less refined than before. The ingredients seem less fresh, and the overall quality lacks consistency. The sushi, in particular, is no longer up to standard; there's a clear lack of freshness. A special mention goes to the desserts: Neapolitan pastries cut in half and left out in the open air, giving them ample time to dry out... For a buffet at this price, this is particularly problematic. The state of the restrooms is also worrying. The toilets, once clean and well-maintained, are now dirty and dilapidated. This gives an impression of general neglect. At €26.99 per person (on weekends), the value for money is no longer justified. At this price point, a traditional restaurant offers better quality and a more polished experience. The conclusion is simple: the price goes up, but the quality goes down. It's regrettable for an establishment that started out so promisingly.

22/02/2026: I found chicken floating in the toilet after I flushed. Is this a joke??? I found a hair in my food, and I don't think it was a leg hair 😉. The waiter pushed me against my table when I asked for a Pepsi instead of a Coke (the man said he'd had a long day and didn't feel like serving me). The man's name is Kim; he was with a woman named Hanifa. My rare steamed dumplings were pan-fried. The woman then called me obese because I weigh several tons. Then another waiter stole from my wallet because I didn't want to tip him.

30/08/2025: Great restaurant! The waitress and owner were very pleasant. A very friendly restaurant. I came with my family of four, and all the dishes were superb. Very fast service. I recommend it 100%!

03/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel La Frégate. The hotel is very clean and the room was spotless, absolutely pristine. The restaurant is very elegant and also very clean; we enjoyed a delicious meal in a pleasant setting. A big thank you to the chambermaid for her warm welcome and smile. Thanks also to the owner for his excellent hospitality, his kindness, and his attentiveness to his guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.
