This is a place to share with locals and tourists alike, a detour worth making to avoid the seaside restaurants that are only open in the summer and the unpleasant surprises that come with that type of establishment. 27/08/2026: If I could give more stars, I would without hesitation! A magical moment, a unique place. Everything was perfect, and even if I tried to find something to criticize, I couldn't. A calm, peaceful place where you surrender to the creativity of the truly great chef who delights your taste buds. Exceptional dishes, unlike anything I've ever seen! We were surprised from beginning to end... the service is impeccable, with smiling, attentive staff... We had lunch when it was 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit), but with the coolness of the trees and the gentle breeze, it was a real treat! The restaurant is very well located, with a small shaded parking lot... I live in the Alpes-Maritimes (department 06) and my parents live in Burgundy; we're waiting for autumn/winter to go and try new dishes! Go for it, and a huge THANK YOU to the entire team at Carré d'Ange!

23/08/2026: A true benchmark in the canton of Fayence. Chef David Carré offers exceptional cuisine, with surprising and expertly executed flavor combinations, without ever becoming pretentious. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and the service, ambiance, and setting are wonderful. I highly recommend it.

08/02/2026: We ate there on Saturday evening, and the dishes were served cold. But it was still very good. On the other hand, I feel sorry for the waitresses who were being scolded by the chef. I don't think that's normal at all during service. We were greeted by the young woman; she was great! There was a smell of cigarettes in the restaurant when we arrived, which wasn't very pleasant.

21/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The meal was excellent, with delicious dishes and top-notch service. A special mention to the manager, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. 😊 We had a fantastic evening and will definitely be back. We highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
