06/03/2026: Excellent restaurant – the food is cooked in the dining room using quality ingredients – a professional establishment just the way we like it. It's not a caterer who just delivers reheated food.
12/02/2026: I went there very recently and ordered a medium-rare ribeye steak. It arrived as tough as wood and tasteless. I left three-quarters of it. I mentioned it to the owner, but he didn't seem too bothered; no compensation was offered. Oh yes, they offered a free coffee as an apology for the meat. €26 for the ribeye! So I don't recommend it.

Simple but well-prepared and generous portions.
The desserts are also very good, all at a reasonable price.
We will be back.

14/02/2026: A very pleasant restaurant; we had a lovely little family meal for Valentine's Day. A very relaxing and welcoming place for families, with a high chair and changing table in the restrooms for our baby – perfect! I highly recommend it.
19/01/2026: The room was next to the restaurant, which was convenient. The meal was a bit pricey and the rooms had a musty smell. Beware of the pillows, they were really dirty 😕.

Tout est frais , même le pain fait maison

11/10/2024: Après avoir dîné quelque fois au Moulin de la Sambuc et avoir été charmés par l'endroit, nous avons privatisé le Moulin pour notre mariage !
Nous avons passé un excellent moment et n'avons eu que de bons retours de nos invités. Le dîner était excellent et le personnel de toutes les attentions.
Mention spéciale à Pauline, la directrice, qui nous a accompagné tout au long de la préparation de cette cérémonie avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de bonne humeur, en restant toujours disponible.
Grâce à elle et son équipe, nous avons pu fêter notre mariage exactement comme nous le souhaitions et n'avons que des bons souvenirs de ce jour. Merci encore !
