The staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Accepting 15 people without a reservation is very professional.
The prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent.

09/08/2026: We didn't stay overnight, but as for the restaurant, its location, nestled among the trees, is very pleasant and relaxing. The homemade cuisine is both refined and generous. The staff is lovely and attentive. We highly recommend this place and will gladly return!
28/07/2026: This restaurant is delightful, with a magical, old-world atmosphere, surrounded by greenery yet with a touch of modernity.
Everything is homemade, and there's something for everyone. Excellent value for money, considering everything is homemade, right down to the bread.
The owners (the husband and wife) are truly welcoming and professional.

09/08/2026: Sorry, I can't comment on the rooms as I wasn't there; I only came for the restaurant and the pool. The welcome was very good, pleasant, and attentive to customers.

We chose L’Oasis du Petit Galibier for our son's christening meal and we couldn't have dreamed of anything better!
Everything went wonderfully from beginning to end. The team was professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. Everyone took excellent care of us and our guests.
The food was excellent, refined, and generous. We received nothing but compliments from our guests!
A huge thank you to the entire team for helping to make this day so beautiful and unforgettable.
You can go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed! We recommend L’Oasis du Petit Galibier 100%.

Ainsi que le personnel au petit soin pour vous.
Tout est frais , même le pain fait maison

11/10/2024: Après avoir dîné quelque fois au Moulin de la Sambuc et avoir été charmés par l'endroit, nous avons privatisé le Moulin pour notre mariage !
Nous avons passé un excellent moment et n'avons eu que de bons retours de nos invités. Le dîner était excellent et le personnel de toutes les attentions.
Mention spéciale à Pauline, la directrice, qui nous a accompagné tout au long de la préparation de cette cérémonie avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de bonne humeur, en restant toujours disponible.
Grâce à elle et son équipe, nous avons pu fêter notre mariage exactement comme nous le souhaitions et n'avons que des bons souvenirs de ce jour. Merci encore !
