17/05/2026: Very friendly service and so delicious that we went there twice on our holiday! Ideal for lunch! I had the spiced chicken and my girlfriend had the forestiere.
12/05/2026: Excellent meal with two lunchtime set menus offering a variety of crêpes and galettes. The service was quick and very pleasant.
Generous portions, very good cider.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

03/07/2026: Menu A39 was a bit overpriced; the fish soup was decent, but I didn't know they put mustard in the rouille, and they need to find a new supplier for the nougat glacé. Overall, it was so-so for €60.

The food was delicious; I highly recommend this establishment.
04/07/2026: A delicious restaurant in the center of Sainte-Maxime. Welcoming, very friendly staff, generous portions, and excellent quality. You can choose from à la carte dishes or the daily specials based on the catch of the day. Don't miss the bouillabaisse!

Humor and kindness towards our grandpa Roger, who was celebrating his 85th birthday! Laughter guaranteed, spontaneity while remaining very professional because she truly listens to the customer. The place is magical, the staff is excellent, the generous and well-executed dishes are made primarily with fresh ingredients, all for a reasonable price (aperitif/starter/main course/dessert/wine for around €50 per person). I recommend this place without hesitation.

It's no coincidence: the food is delicious, and the staff is very attentive and kind.
Located in a quiet spot, away from the crowds and noise, we highly recommend it.
You'll find all the flavors of India at very reasonable prices. Enjoy your meal! 😋

28/06/2026: Twice is enough! The service was slow, something was always missing, we asked for bread and never received it, and the same went for the bill. We finally got up. The waitress was practically nonexistent, so we went to have dessert elsewhere. We went to get dessert there instead.
27/06/2026: Apparently, even though it's a seaside resort, after 9 pm you can't sit down to eat or drink if you're not wearing the right shoes. I was wearing sandals, by the way. It's ridiculous. Two bouncers to tell you you can't get in with those shoes. I think Café Maxime thinks it's something else. In any case, a bad atmosphere and a bad experience. My sandals were clean and new, I should add. I won't be going back; there are other, much more welcoming cafés in Sainte-Maxime, thankfully.

14/06/2026: I loved my experience at this place! From the very beginning, the team was welcoming and friendly, and let's not even mention the ice cream, which was absolutely delicious. Based on last year's reviews, I was a little hesitant to come here, but this year's team is definitely different, judging by the warm welcome I received. I'll be back very soon!
