It's as if a customer ordered a rib steak and ended up with a pork chop: it's good too, but it has nothing to do with it. And as a result, the client would have found that unacceptable. It would never even have happened. The minimum would have been to inform the customer and explain the reasons.

19/03/2024: After a disappointing experience at the Saint Cyprien restaurant, I would like to share my experience. During my previous visit, attracted by the subtle combination of chicken coconut curry, I was deeply disappointed to find that the dish was sorely lacking in coconut milk, the essential ingredient advertised. Despite the presence of curry, the absence of this key element greatly altered the taste of the dish that I was looking forward to. This disappointment was confirmed by the two people who accompanied me and also noted the absence of coconut milk when tasting. Additionally, restaurateurs to whom I showed photos of the dish also confirmed this lack. After reporting the problem to the staff, the unsatisfactory response from the person managing the establishment, who simply said "your plate is here", clearly implying in the background "be happy with that, we won't do anything else to you", was disconcerting. This clearly suggested that no effort would be made to correct this error. Additionally, we were charged for a dish that was not what was advertised. It seems that the restaurant served the dishes before mine without any problems, but when my dish was served, the lack of coconut milk was a real concern. Even though other customers had the same dish before me and didn't say anything, it doesn't change my personal experience. Maybe they got more coconut milk, or maybe they preferred to keep quiet to avoid hassle, but that doesn't justify the lack of attention to the quality of my meal. Consequently, I strongly advise against this restaurant. I had to go to another establishment to finally enjoy a satisfying meal. Furthermore, the waitress's refusal to provide me with a little coconut milk in a cup, claiming that there was no more, clearly confirmed the absence of this essential ingredient in my dish. This attitude reinforces my disappointment regarding the lack of professionalism of this establishment. The fact that the manager boasts of having experience in the catering field in no way justifies the shortcomings I encountered in the service and quality of the dishes served. It's so rare for a client to say what they think and be frank that we have to take it as holy bread instead of letting our ego control us! She didn't understand anything... anyway, we won't go anymore!

14/01/2024: DON’T RELY ON REVIEWS! We are barely but really limited on a kebab of average quality, at a normal price, on the other hand without ANY sympathy (except for the delivery man) one of the worst culinary experiences I have had in terms of welcome, feeling of being in the way and Arabic music plays loudly on the phone throughout the meal, not wow! Except that it's the "neighborhood kebab" and the 5-star reviews come from the neighborhood! I've wanted to go there for a long time, and frankly, very disappointed and clearly I won't go back. Clarification after response from the snack: it was not this evening but yesterday (Friday evening) there were two people in the kitchen. And it doesn't matter if you are there or not normally. And no, I won't try again, there are snacks with reviews from real customers!

25/02/2024: Groupon reservation met our expectations (starter - main course - dessert). The cook is super friendly and very helpful, taking great care of these customers. We will come back.

23/03/2024: I have a great experience at this facility. I come to work with a laptop. Very nice view, very friendly waiters. The order is processed quickly. Pancakes and smoothies are delicious, coffee too. Of course, if there are many people, you should be prepared to wait. I like that they don't kick me out, and I can sit for a long time.
