16/08/2026: We came for lunch on a Sunday. The waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to serve each table. The food was excellent from start to finish, from the fish to the charcuterie; everything was delicious, fresh, and, most importantly, homemade. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will gladly return.

The setting is peaceful and quiet, with the option to enjoy the outdoor terrace or the indoor seating if needed. The menu changes regularly, and the dishes are carefully prepared and generously portioned. We also appreciated the waitress, who was always smiling, cheerful, and discreet. The cocktails are very reasonably priced, a real bargain for Belize. We return with great pleasure very often. P.S. Bring mosquito repellent! 😁

03/08/2026: Intrigued by the unassuming storefront, I figured it's often the unassuming restaurants that hold the best surprises… and I wasn't wrong! I had lunch there today with my brother and sister, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes were truly delicious, prepared with care, and above all, it was a pleasure to find a real restaurant where you can tell the food is homemade. It's becoming increasingly rare, so when you find one, it deserves to be highlighted. The welcome was absolutely perfect: warm, attentive, and with a smile. A big thank you also to the entire team who were very accommodating to my schedule, as I absolutely had to be back for my nursing appointment. This thoughtfulness and kindness truly made all the difference. An excellent place that I recommend without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

02/08/2026: The food is very mediocre. I'm used to Caesar salads, for example, and the chicken here was really bad. And what's more, the terrace has a very strong smell of sewage.

14/08/2026: Since the change in management, the new staff's welcome has been unfriendly, the service is slow, there have been billing errors, and the food service at the table is sloppy.

31/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! We went twice and ordered the fish of the day: sea bass and then sea bream cooked on the griddle. The cooking was perfectly executed, the fish was beautifully grilled and flavorful – a real treat. The accompanying vegetables were very tasty (they deserved a larger portion), as was the rice. In short, I highly recommend it.

17/08/2026: Disappointed with our visit to Bistrot des Clos. While on vacation in the south of France, I was invited by a friend who lives in Cavaillon for a drink. I ordered a coffee and a Schweppes Tonic, while my friend ordered a freshly squeezed juice. Unfortunately, the juice was really bad, and my friend had to give it back to the waiter. We waited, thinking they would offer us another drink or at least ask if we wanted something else, but nothing was offered. Meanwhile, I finally gave my Schweppes Tonic to my friend so she could have something to drink. What disappointed me most, beyond the quality of the juice, was the staff's lack of attention and response to our complaint. A simple gesture of goodwill or an offer to replace the drink would have been appreciated. It's a shame, because we had simply come to enjoy a pleasant moment over a drink.

17/08/2026: Customer Review I was very disappointed with my visit to this establishment. I came for a drink with a friend and ordered a freshly squeezed juice. I was served a glass that was mostly lemon juice, extremely acidic, with only a little orange juice and two sugar packets on the side to try and mask the bitterness. For me, it was simply undrinkable and difficult to consume without getting a stomachache. I went to see the waiter to calmly explain the problem. His response, in a rather irritated tone, was to tell me that it was "fresh lemon." So I left the glass full and asked for something else. The most disappointing part was the waiter's attitude: I waited for him to come back and offer me another drink, but I felt completely ignored, with an attitude that I found borderline provocative. Beyond the juice, it was mainly the service and the lack of consideration that disappointed me. I left with the feeling that I wasn't truly welcome. Even the drink I was served was frankly unappealing. It's a shame, because a simple gesture of goodwill and a little more attention would have drastically changed my impression.
