Chef Clément and his wife Émilie poured their hearts into preparing the meal. They paid such thoughtful attention to the bride and groom's table, right down to the personalized menus. The flavors and taste of every dish were absolutely superb; Provence truly shone. A special mention goes to the wedding cake, prepared by Chef Clément especially for the event. A warm welcome and the down-to-earth nature of Clément and Émilie delighted all our guests, reflecting the essence of their restaurant. Our guests were captivated and absolutely thrilled.
We highly recommend Restaurant L'Ardoise in Mazan City Village.

Unfortunately, this restaurant closed at the end of 2025.

Nos decepcionó el hecho de que tuvimos que comer dentro. El restaurante está situado en un jardín tan bonito y el tiempo era glorioso y sin embargo todas las mesas estaban colocadas dentro. El interior es demasiado 'bric - a - brac' para nuestro gusto. No coincide con los 'hipsters' geniales que están dirigiendo el lugar.

Bons vins. Tables espacées et décoration personnalisée, Ambiance douce . Tout pour être heureux ! N'hésitez pas à vous y rendre. Mieux vaut réserver. Martha Walger

31/08/2024: This establishment does not deserve any stars... Too bad that to publish you have to put one!
When a date is reserved a long time ago for a lunch for 120 people, we validate your request, make you choose the dishes, send the requested deposit and 4 weeks before the date we telephone you to cancel the service under the pretext that they are afraid of not living up to their standards!!! And instead, for a substantial extension, we offer you the opportunity to rent a municipal village hall!!!
What can I say other than that only their incompetence deserves stars! It is specified on their site that they organize weddings or seminars! I really allow myself to doubt!!!
29/07/2024: A magnificent castle with lots of charm. The staff are lovely and the garden is a true haven of peace. The only downside is the slightly noisy rooms.

15/09/2024: Een gastvrij ontvangst. De gastvrouw maakt het voor iedereen naar de zin. De chef in de keuken maakt lekkere gerechten. Voor ieder wat wils.
12/09/2024: This restaurant is on our campsite Le Ventoux. We had a lovely evening and a great dinner. We tried the “ canard confit” and it was delicious. I love cooking myself, and it was very nice watching the chef in his open kitchen. Till the next time.
