16/08/2026: This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars for its fantastic menu. The chef has an eye for detail on every plate. All expectations were exceeded! The staff is also very efficient and attentive.

Restaurant L'Ardoise

11/09/2026: One evening in September during our stay in the Luberon, our hosts recommended several restaurants, and we chose L'ARDOISE in Mazan.
We discovered a very pleasant and very clean place (we are also very particular about cleanliness). 👍
Of course, we received a very warm welcome, and our meal was excellent. Thank you to the chef! 👍
The menu had only 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts, just the way we like it.
We will definitely be writing a review so our hosts can recommend this restaurant.
And when we return to the region, we will gladly come back.

03/06/2026: Very disappointing for a four star hotel, do not recommend. Room is fine, but assigned to a room with no shower, just a tub! Furthermore, there is a ring of mold around the tub. No flexibility to change rooms. A/C barely working and Wifi is in and out. Pretty disappointing.
02/06/2026: Beautiful room, peaceful and welcoming place.

31/12/2025: Classic but high-quality cuisine. Very good fries and generous portions. Meat cooked perfectly. Friendly staff.
Unfortunately, this restaurant closed at the end of 2025.
28/11/2025: Perfect for a break during a bike tour. Located by the road with a large, sunny garden seating area.

30/09/2024: Un montón de '+'s' para este restaurante: buena comida, buen vino, anfitriones muy amables.
Nos decepcionó el hecho de que tuvimos que comer dentro. El restaurante está situado en un jardín tan bonito y el tiempo era glorioso y sin embargo todas las mesas estaban colocadas dentro. El interior es demasiado 'bric - a - brac' para nuestro gusto. No coincide con los 'hipsters' geniales que están dirigiendo el lugar.

Bons vins. Tables espacées et décoration personnalisée, Ambiance douce . Tout pour être heureux ! N'hésitez pas à vous y rendre. Mieux vaut réserver. Martha Walger

15/09/2024: Een gastvrij ontvangst. De gastvrouw maakt het voor iedereen naar de zin. De chef in de keuken maakt lekkere gerechten. Voor ieder wat wils.
12/09/2024: This restaurant is on our campsite Le Ventoux. We had a lovely evening and a great dinner. We tried the “ canard confit” and it was delicious. I love cooking myself, and it was very nice watching the chef in his open kitchen. Till the next time.
