13/09/2026: We booked this restaurant for five people on a Saturday night and, unfortunately, we had a particularly disappointing experience. The menu was already quite limited, and the waiter quickly informed us that they were out of chicken and that it wasn't possible to order beef tartare either. The menu was therefore considerably reduced from the outset. But the unpleasant surprises didn't end there. One person wanted a non-alcoholic cocktail, but two of the necessary ingredients were missing, making it impossible to order the desired cocktail. When ordering a burger, we were offered a choice between two cheeses: Munster or Reblochon. I wanted the Reblochon, but again, it was unavailable. What's particularly regrettable is that it was a Saturday night, a time when one would reasonably expect the restaurant to be well-stocked. Given the number of missing items, we find it hard to understand why no solution was found. When several essential items are unavailable, it might have been possible, given the circumstances, to urgently purchase some of the necessary products in order to offer customers at least a minimally complete menu. Especially since the restaurant was practically empty that evening. We're not talking about an establishment overwhelmed by an exceptional influx of customers or a stock shortage of a single product: several dishes, ingredients, and drinks were simply unavailable. I eat out very regularly, particularly for work, and this is honestly the first time I've encountered a situation like this. A shortage can obviously happen, that's understandable. But when the unavailability accumulates to the point where several options have to be forgone, it becomes particularly frustrating for the customer. The most unfortunate aspect of all this is that we had fond memories of this establishment, which used to be truly excellent. It's all the more disappointing, then, to see this decline in the quality of the experience. Ultimately, between an already limited menu, numerous unavailable items, drinks that were impossible to prepare, and choices listed on the menu but ultimately unavailable, we had a very unpleasant experience. We left feeling completely disregarded as customers. Unfortunately, this experience has absolutely no desire to return, which is a real shame considering our previous impression of this restaurant.

13/09/2026: We booked for a Saturday evening. The unpleasant surprises started when we ordered aperitifs; they were missing ingredients for the non-alcoholic cocktails... When we ordered our main courses, neither chicken nor Reblochon cheese was available (these are staples in many of the menu items...). A real shame, especially considering the high prices...
