16/12/2025: This hotel is our home base when we're in the area. Since they offer dinner there (reservations required), we always do! A little treat: their Chablis is excellent! (Please drink responsibly).
The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet.
The setting is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. When we came for breakfast, there were mini crepes and pancakes, delicious jams, fruit, and more. We can't wait for spring so we can return and spend some time by the fireplace.

Note: limited seating, so it's best to book in advance if you're in a group!
A minor drawback is the outdoor toilets (a bit difficult for people with mobility issues).

28/09/2025: Beautiful decor and impeccable service but don't order the beef bourguignon because the meat is too fatty, there is no sauce and there are too few potatoes (another person had a very good hamburger and there were nice plates of other dishes on the other tables).

11/11/2025: I went to this restaurant to celebrate my 45th wedding anniversary.
The dining room is bright and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very professional, with a delightful touch of humor. The menu is well-presented and offers a wide selection.
The dishes were a delight; everything was perfect—the cooking and presentation were impeccable.
Very importantly, they gave us time to savor each dish, which deserves to be highlighted.
I thank the waitress for her humor and her smile.
Hats off to the chef for his work, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
