07/09/2024: First experience at l’Evidence: successful! Very accommodating and friendly waitresses (or bosses?). Food: Chicken skewers - Eggplant caviar - Tuna and Panacota rillettes Chestnut cream: Excellent...and very nice decor (room upstairs). I was waiting to find a new place like this or feel good. Fair prices. I will come back to test Live Music.

Well located restaurant, a beautiful, smiling, attentive and responsive team. Good value for money. Great atmosphere. Parking nearby. The food is good there. The only downside was the tiramisu which was not unanimously appreciated. XXL lemon tart size, not too sweet and delicious

I go there very often, it's the best kebab in Saint Germain (and I assure you that I know a lot about kebab)
the boss and his colleagues are ADORABLE and very helpful, the dishes are quality, the atmosphere is nice and the place is large. During Ramadan, they offered me delicacies from Tunisia, to illustrate. I really recommend it, they deserve to be rewarded for the work they do!

Dinner too brief, without much choice, although the staff was very friendly.
PRM room on the ground floor, pleasant, but dated decor.
Old and decaying ensemble.
This hotel needs to be renovated urgently and the organization of the restaurant needs to be reorganized.

05/12/2023: The lady's welcome needs to be reviewed, no response to my hello, the answers to my questions are haughty, completely nonchalant.
12/10/2023: It's a real Tabac office, you can also get a takeaway coffee and the lady who runs the Tabac is very pleasant.
In addition, it is well located opposite the castle of San Germain en Laye and next to it there are bars.
