12/03/2026: A perfect moment at the harbor. We received a very warm welcome. The seafood was very fresh and delicious. The platters were beautifully presented and served quickly.
I highly recommend it.

Seated facing the kitchen, we watched the chef passionately preparing his dishes.

25/11/2024: Came on a Saturday evening in November, sharing a meal with my teenager.
As usual, we are very well received, we eat very well, quickly.
(it was even a little too fast, but it's true that we eat rather quickly).
The profiteroles were just magnificent!
Nice and good portion!
It's fresh, it's well done, we enjoy coming here!

Quite a wait, a little too much, too much since my husband's dish was forgotten.
What is difficult to forgive is that the little waiter maintains that we did not order before the management realized that it was a mistake... after 1h30 we preferred to leave

10/11/2025: Mixed experience: you have to order at the counter before sitting down. So you end up reading the menu standing up to make your choice... The galettes and crêpes were okay, nothing special. One was badly burnt on the bottom. Touristy prices. In short, not great value for money.

16/03/2026: I used to go to this restaurant regularly because the setting is pleasant and the food is quite decent. The last time, I was deeply disappointed. The red meat was overcooked (it had to be sent back to the kitchen). The second time, it was fine. My skate was overcooked, so I left it. We also didn't order dessert.
The waitress was barely friendly (no hard feelings, I left her a tip). I regretted this meal all the more because I was inviting a family member.

16/03/2026: I had a wonderful time at Maison Saiter. The welcome was warm and the atmosphere very pleasant. The products are fresh and of very high quality; you can really taste the difference. The service is excellent, and the whole team is very attentive. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return!

17/08/2024: We now know where the controlled designation “Tourist trap” comes from. Amazing prices, smile and “hello” as a paid option, in short a deplorable welcome.
When we don't like tourists we do something else.
I wanted to give 0 stars but I only gave one for the service in order to put the review.
Our group of 12 people could have consumed in good spirits but in the end we simply got up and walked 5 meters to find ourselves at the friendly and shopping neighbor's house.
I highly recommend Lou Cabana and his amazing team. Plus their pancakes are excellent.

31/07/2024: Restaurant at the fish market of Trouville sur Mer. The seafood is nicely displayed and the staff is very helpful in selecting what to eat. Then you sit down while your seafood is prepared.

Menu déjeuner 19 euros 3 plats .
Les serveurs sont avenants , belle déco vue sur pommiers ou piscine avec palmiers .
Ça vaut vraiment le détour..
