25/12/2025: The new management is very friendly, but the prices are now outrageous; they're far too high for the quality of the products. For example, Lou Gascoun, their entry-level pâté, is sold for almost ten times the price in supermarkets. It's a real shame, so we'll be switching shops, much to our regret!

29/09/2024: The terrace, which is also covered, is special in that it is located on the promenade pier. And therefore crossing between the 1st and 2nd row of tables by pedestrians, and even cyclists. These have all dismounted, phew! Let's talk about the view. In the foreground, the oyster beds and the oyster farmers (who work, you can see, even at lunchtime). In the background, the basin, Le Pyla and its famous dune. Suffice it to say, a very nice situation. Menu or card. The grilled octopus and gravlax salmon has the proportions of a starter, nothing more. Otherwise it's fine, no complaints there. Very nice sole dish, prepared in front of me at the suggestion of the waitress. Furthermore talkative and very friendly. The entire staff is young and has an enthusiasm that is a pleasure to see. Half a bottle of Pessac-Léognan, appreciable. Quality restaurant. Cape Town Rates!

12/10/2025: Simply superb! The setting is magnificent, the staff welcoming. The oysters are delicious, what quality! The chef gave us great advice on the menu, and we had a blast! Faultless!

25/01/2026: Excellent restaurant where you can come at any time of day. The daily specials delight us every time. There's a good selection, the ingredients are fresh and of good quality. Everything is always well-seasoned.
