09/05/2026: My husband gave me this wonderful experience for my 50th birthday. I love Mexico and chocolate, so it was the perfect gift. The explanations from our two specialists were very interesting and interspersed with hands-on activities to help us create our own chocolate bar. The chocolate was of exceptional quality! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

02/08/2026: Mixed experience when you book at 8:15 pm and are told the kitchen closes at 8:30/8:45 pm. Close to the canal, quite a few mosquitoes.

The cuisine is traditional.
It's so nice to find places with this kind of traditional food.
