The mussels with chorizo ​​swim in a creamy pink sauce, and most are already detached from their shells. They don't contain any chorizo. The waiters are heavily tattooed, burly men in shorts. We miss the old-fashioned service in restaurants, and when will there be an acceptable restaurant in this part of Hendaye?
