09/09/2026: The location and setting are very pleasant, with a tree inside the restaurant. It's family-friendly, the prices are reasonable, access is easy, and there's plenty of space. The fish dishes, especially the hake and cod, were well-prepared, but the experience was spoiled by the staff's attitude. The welcome was unpleasant, and the waitresses' service lacked tact. It's a shame to ruin the work done in the kitchen.

22/09/2026: My wife and I came for lunch. The restaurant was very clean, the owner very friendly and attentive to his customers. The meal was excellent, and the meat was very good, tender, and flavorful. The prices were reasonable. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended and worth discovering.

03/10/2026: Excellent place. A classic burger that was super indulgent and full of flavor, and homemade fries! A delicious tarte tatin. Great service with smiling and welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back.

24/05/2026: This way of operating is quite surprising and defies all logic, or at least any coherent explanation given to the customer. Paying an exorbitant price for a savory snack and not even being able to eat it on the terrace seems absurd… if you really want to do “street food,” then make things that can be eaten standing up and without cutlery, not food that crumbles, is messy, and difficult to eat… The Basque cake was more than ordinary, and the saleswoman at the dessert counter addressed you informally without your permission, in stark contrast to the two older women who displayed a surprisingly cold demeanor.
16/05/2026: Very disappointed. The welcome was very cold. It wasn't possible to sit down to eat a quiche and a sweet tart with a disabled person. I won't be going back!

09/10/2025: Exceptional setting just a few meters from the port and the beach. It's the only decent restaurant in the area, and we were very disappointed. No water or bread on the table. The dishes listed on the menu don't exist. "I told you, 'No paella, prawns, monkfish, or fish...'" said the waiter. The ham croquettes are mostly potato croquettes. The mussels with chorizo swim in a creamy pink sauce, and most are already detached from their shells. They don't contain any chorizo. The waiters are heavily tattooed, burly men in shorts. We miss the old-fashioned service in restaurants, and when will there be an acceptable restaurant in this part of Hendaye?
