A truly dismal and shameful experience for a chain like Subway. The server that day completely ruined our visit. From the moment we walked in, he was rushed, pushy, and borderline aggressive. He didn't even give us time to choose our ingredients, constantly interrupting us with a haughty and contemptuous tone, as if we were a nuisance or needed to be "kicked out" as quickly as possible. There was a clear sense of profound disrespect and unprofessionalism.
The result: sloppy, cold, poorly filled sandwiches, hastily made without any care. All this was accompanied by an icy silence when we left—not a word, not a glance, not even a simple "goodbye." This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a food establishment.
And what about the state of the place? Dirty table, visibly unwashed fountain drink cups, neglected floor, disgusting soda fountains—the drinks no longer tasted right, evidence of poor maintenance or incorrect mixing. This speaks volumes about the staff's dedication and the complete lack of supervision in this restaurant.
Frankly, it's a real lack of respect for the customers who pay for basic service and a decent experience. This server gives Subway a disastrous image: rude, rushed, disrespectful, and incompetent. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this type of behavior deserves at least a serious reprimand—or even a reassessment of this employee's continued employment. An experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. A disgrace to the brand.
28/12/2025: A loyal customer since it opened, I've seen different technicians who are always open! The atmosphere is very friendly, and the services are great too.
Efficient and truly without any bad vibes. It's a pleasure.

01/09/2024: Ce Buffalo est à éviter contrairement à ceux des autres régions. accueil sans sourire , limite si on dérange, on attends un moment alors que la demoiselle est occupée avec son portable. elle nous place, un serveur arrive qui manque de motivation et d'enthousiasme....les beignets d'oignons sont trop cuits ou réduits, le hamburger frites est bien meilleur au Mac do qu'ici: frites molles, et je penses replongees plusieurs fois dans la bain d'huile, la viande est correct, les sauce amenée dans un petit ramequin sont je penses prête depuis un certain temps car il y a comme une peau sur le dessous...le dessert n'a rien à voir en quantité avec les autres Buffalo....nous sommes très très déçu !!!! les gens à côté de nous étaient aussi très déçu.....beaucoup de mal à digérer le soir ....si vous voulez passée une soirée sympa n'y allez pas.

Une terasse exceptionnelle des plats exquis ( gambas snake ou le bœuf) un souffle en dessert qu’on oublie pas et des conseils sur le vin qui nous ont valu une tres bonne dégustation

27/08/2024: Je passe dans ce restaurant environ deux fois par an quand je vais sur Bordeaux mais je crois que ça sera la dernière fois c'est la nourriture industrielle avant elle était pas terrible mais là tout est décongelé il n'y a carrément rien de bon l'accueil a été sympathique mais c'est dommage car il n'y a vraiment rien d'agréable

Atendimento super eficiente e educado do nosso garçom Alexandre e também de toda equipe , desde a reserva por Wattsap , enviando até os cardápios . Comida maravilhosa . Eu comi o Confit de Canard et salade de lentilles vert, meu prato preferido e que sempre como em restaurantes franceses . Este foi o top . Minha esposa comeu Tagliatelle al Funghi e Tartufo Nero. Sobremesa um Crème Brulée dos deuses . Na entrada quando souberam do nosso aniversário de casamento nos ofereceram 2 taças de espumante e era tão bom que perguntamos a marca , era Cave Gaise brut . Parabéns a toda equipe deste restaurante . Voltaremos logo
18/09/2024: Très bonne adresse. Les produits essentiellement locaux sont frais et bien cuisinés par le chef. Les plats sont simples mais très bon. Restaurant ouvert le dimanche ce qui est devenu chose rare dans notre pays

14/11/2023: Very disappointed pizza ordered via lyveat 2 pizzas with chicken the 2 arrived with kebab meat instead something that me and my husband do not necessarily appreciate.
The least we can do is warn in order to avoid these inconveniences because we would have ordered something else.
